'Die Jaguargöttin' by Katja Brandis. It is a German book and I spend like ten minutes trying to see if there is an english version, but I didn't find any. Also, it would be good if you read her other series 'Woodwalkers' and 'Seawalkers' before you read this book because they're kinda in the same world, just a few hundred years (or so) apart.

The Ballad of Songbirds and Snakes by Suzanne Collins And yes, this is totally in preparation of the upcoming movie. But now... Snow having a somewhat handsome younger face makes reading this book a lot better. Sorry, but everytime I started in the past all I could see in my mind is the old Snow from the movies hahaha.
