A Silver Prize PV Ophelia Silverton

Evangeline's eyes scanned the room again, taking in the wondrous sight of shimmering trophies. They were quite beautiful to her, especially because of their obvious link to success. It was something that Evangeline was drawn to, she enjoyed the pride that accompanied achieving something. She craved the feeling, just as she craved to have her name displayed in such an honorable way. Evangeline doubted that anyone would recoil from such a thought.

She turned to the Hufflepuff, her cold eyes studying the girl. They showed barely any of her curiosity, settling into their usual cold, judging look, one that often made people uncertain about approaching her. "You're different from lots of people that I've met," Evangeline started, knowing how many outgoing people she had encountered in the castle. There were lots of students that were eager to make conversation. It wasn't necessarily a bad trait, but it wasn't one that Evangeline was used to.

Evangeline took a step towards the girl, her eyes still lingering on Ophelia, wandering over her features and stamping them into Evangeline's mind. She wanted to remember the Hufflepuff, Evangeline had decided that she would make for a good friend, a friendship that would might for the seven years that they had to spend at Hogwarts. The two girls acted similarly, quiet and reserved, yet they seemed to enjoy the silence.

OOC: Sorry that it took so long for me to reply, my responses are probably going to be quite slow because of school.

A Silver Prize PV Ophelia Silverton

Ophelia now understood. She understood what was this judgemental stare, these cold-looking orbs. As red lips spoke somewhat complimentary-toned words to the Hufflepuff, something clicked in one's head. The Slytherin appeared to wish for better intentions, after all, to find a suitable friend, perhaps fed up with homogeneous personalities of many Hogwarts students. Different shades of blue mixed for a few seconds as figures stood in silence as the slightly taller one moved closer, ice scanned, like it wanted to print the features in front of it with great determination.

Orbs tried picturing the snake girl as a friend, the future of this relationship would be better positive indeed. Slim fingers fixed grey locks behind her ear then hands fixed back to their pockets, the tomboyish girl taking a position of a somewhat masculine posture one would say, to some appearing like a delinquent even though the girl was very intelligent, not a fan of constant studying, she had beautiful grades, mostly O's and E's.

"Silverton."
Lips spoke with a tad calmer tone, baby blue switched back towards the ice, focusing on pale irises before looking away again, face tilted for an inch or two, some sneaky strands falling back on soft face as she spoke again, next said words making sure they would be remembered.
"My name is Ophelia Silverton."
