Closed Russian poetry

¨Bye, dad! Bye, mom!¨ Alina said while giving her parents a hug. ¨I will come back for Christmas, do not worry.¨ Her brother was already on the train making friends, but Alina knew, what she would do. She would find an empty and quiet compartment and read her new book. So she did. Her compartment was at the almost end of the train. It was quiet and nice, so Alina sat down and took her book out of the bag. The train had already started to move and no one had come to sit with her.
¨Hello, mind if I sit here?¨ Alina looked up to see a short boy with spiky brown hair and deep brown eyes. ¨I´m Randal. Randal Ornmouth¨
¨Sure, I guess¨Alina wasn´t happy about this, but what harm could one boy do.
¨So what´s your name? What house do you think you´ll be sorted in? What are you reading? What are those weird letters on the cover? Who are you?¨ Well looks like Alina was wrong. Randal was very, very talkative.
¨Look, I know it might sound mean, but I don´t really want to talk to anyone right now. That´s why I chose to sit here, alone.¨ Alina looked up, but she felt mean saying all of that to another boy who, probably was scared as much as herself. ¨I´m Alina, and I´m reading Pushkin´s Poetry, those are cyrillic letters. It´s an alphabet some languages use.¨
¨Oh, sounds cool!¨ Randal´s eyes sparked with joy, ¨You know Russian?¨
¨Well yes. I am Russian, but I´ve only lived in London, all of my life.¨ Alina didn´t think she´d talk to someone and even if she did, it would be to say to stop bothering her. But Randal, she kind of liked him, even if he´s really talkative. He seemed very nice.
¨Sorry, if I bothered you!¨ Randal said
¨It´s alright. Want something?¨ Alina asked handing him a baggie with candy in it. ¨My mom packed me some candies, but I don´t like these.¨
¨Sure!¨ Randal grabbed some candies from the bag and ate them in silence while Alina continued to read.

Time passed really quickly. Here and there the two new friends would talk, often Alina didn´t even know what to say. The sun was already setting. This was it. Hogwarts was right around the corner and she has got a friend. No words in the whole world couldn´t describe her happiness.
