Read and Relax
AJ had finally finished studying for their classes, and the library was still open. It was a warmer day outside, and the sunlight gave them a headache sometimes. So, AJ wanted to stay inside in the nicely lighted and cool castle for the evening. AJ had some time to relish in the quiet volume and read one of their favorite book. AJ mused as they decided which book they wanted to read. AJ just wanted to read something enjoyable while relaxing after a hard day's work.
"Aha, found you," AJ said as they pulled out their the first book in a new series that they were reading. It was Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Lightning Thief. AJ looked around really fast to try to find a nice seating for a calm reading session. That's when the corner hit their eye. It was a red couch with silver stripes, and it had some nice and matching pillows on it. And it was in the sunlight indirectly, that way AJ wouldn't be too hot or two cold, nor would it be too light or too dark. The setting was absolutely perfect.
AJ shuffled on over and plopped themself softly on the couch. They then took out their relaxation blanket and placed it over their lap. Finally, AJ put on noise cancelling headphones to block out any noise in the library, whatsoever. This was gonna be such a fun time, or at least that's what AJ thought as they began reading their new book for the first time.

On a sunny yet cold day, Delilah decided to escape the confines of her dorm room, which had started to feel like a cage. She craved a break from the routine and a little adventure, so she made her way to the school library. The cool autumn breeze swept through the Hogwarts grounds, rustling the leaves and making her pink jacket rustle as she walked. Delilah had an outfit that was a mix of quirky and casual – she wore short overalls over a striped sweater, and her pink jacket added a playful pop of color to the ensemble. Her outfit was completed by a pair of cowboy boots and a pair of vibrant yellow socks. She tucked her funny fox scarf over her reddish nose and let out a sneeze.
She strolled through the library, her boots tapping lightly against the polished stone floors. The library was a place of quiet serenity, the shelves lined with dusty old books filled with knowledge and secrets. Delilah felt a sense of calm wash over her as she breathed in the familiar scent of old parchment and magic.
As she wandered through the aisles of the library, her eyes scanned the shelves for an interesting book to read. Delilah was known for her chaotic, whimsical nature, and her choice of reading material often mirrored her personality. She finally settled on a Percy Jackson book, eager to dive into the world of demigods and mythical creatures.
In her search for her usual cozy spot , she couldn't help but notice a fellow student sitting in her favorite reading nook – a comfortable couch by the window. She called it "the soft throne of whimsy". This particular student had striking, blue hair and was deeply engrossed in her book, wearing headphones to tune out the world.
Watching students with vibrant, colored hair, like the blue-haired girl, made her long for the ability to experiment with her own locks. She couldn't even fathom the idea of trying out a bold shade or a streak of color, as her curls had a mind of their own, resisting any attempts at taming or styling. Even more than the colorful hair, Delilah envied those who had phones of their own. Her mother, in a constant effort to keep her focused on her magical studies, deemed her far too distracted to possess such a device.
Delilah, ever curious and carefree, decided to approach the girl. With a mischievous glint in her eye, she leaned in closer and, without hesitation, stuck her ears beside the girl's headphones to eavesdrop on what she was listening to.
