History/Background Story: Wolfe Anne Brose was born in New York City to two exiles from Voldemort's reign. Charlotte and Percival Brose. Afraid of their daughter being exposed to the dangerous world they ran from they brought her up in the muggle fashion. Wolfie adapted as well to this as any child could. It was more difficult for her pureblood raised parents. Another major difference was one of temperament. Wolfie was always a handful and this turned to a sustained rebellion against her parents.
Wolfie's home was filled with shouting growing up. Mostly between her and her father. Meanwhile outside of home her nature attracted her to older children that she considered cool. Another assessment might be criminal. Eventually a pact was made between them. To be as bad as possible. This resulted in many things. But most notably a road trip from New York to Mexico. Wolfie had to grow up fast. So she did and during this realized she wasn't really bad. Not like her friends. Further she simply wasn't ready to live like a runaway. She served her parents a formal surrender and headed back home.
The trip also ignited Wolfie's magic abilities. So being back home and needing more structure than her parents could give her it was with some sense of irony, given earlier decisions for Wolfie's safety, that she would receive this structure at Hogwarts. Having received her Owl and come full circle off she went to serve her sentence.
