The shortened version is there is a video of a person with red hair digging up William Shakesphere, which matches your client’s appearance. But there is also a red wig in EmmaLee’s room which is suspected to have been planted by your client as well, due to this video of her hanging outside the Hufflepuff dormitories suspiciously.

I have a possible conclusion! Lily was in fact the one who dug up the body and didn’t want to get caught so she planted the evidence trying to frame EmmaLee!!

I would hope you consider that you should believe that my client is innocent. She has not planted it there, and instead EmmaLee seems to be making fake evidence

I highly doubt that. You have no proof and are making blind defences whereas the rest of us are posing evidence physically and have very good reasons to believe it

Lily was the only suspect close to the Hufflepuff dorms around the time the wig was found. where is your proof that she didn't plant it?
