So, basically what you're looking to do is unlikely to work given Nick's history.

Just like in the real world, your name is given by your parents and you'd need a good reason to change it, especially as an 11 year old child!

Nick's parents would essentially have to do that (IC) and the whim of an 11 year old is unlikely to be an acceptable reason for change.

A valid reason for name change would be adoption, but Nick is not adopted, so at least for now, that wouldn't work. You could consider a story line where Nick's parents die and the kids are adopted by a new family. Or a divorce where Nick is adopted by the new parent. Both options can be workable.

To do it, you will need to write a post in Index Reapplixation. This post will have to explain the situation that results in a name change. Essentially, this will take the form of a story that gives the reason for the change.

Fair warning: name changes shouldn't be taken lightly. Make your reason a super good one because it's the only chance you'll get!

Also, I had a look at your ency, and I think you're going to have to make some other edits too.

I notice the name "Jackson". If this is the name you want to change to, you would have to wait for approval before using it. Until the name change is approved, you should edit that back to your character's official name.

Also, I saw that Nick is a half blood, yet both parents were Ravenclaw students. This would make Nick either a pureblood or wizardborn. Since you cant change blood status, you'll have to edit the history to make one parent a muggle.

The only other option you would have, definitely the easier one, is to wait until six months since registering Nick, deactivate him, and create a new character that has the name, history, and blood status attributes you want.

Since this is a little complex, I'll ask @Opeila Winters to comment and correct.
