Hello Miss South. I'm Professor Risa, and the Duel-team Admin. The duel system is currently under construction. In order to provide a fair system for all involved, it is taking some time to design it. That said, dueling isn't available until it's completion, and as such you are currently unable to do any duels. The system is slated to be out as soon as the team can get it out, currently slated for end of nov-mid december release. If you have any more questions, feel free to owl me, and I'll answer to the best of my ability. Thank you for your question.
