Honestly that is exactly how I feel about my crush, I terribly confessed to her and ahes fine with it but it makes me sad that she’s straight. And the thing is she likes my other friend, but if that’s happening to you just don’t go all ‘competition’ because that would make things worse. All that I can say is just maybe try to show your feeling every now and then but if she really doesn’t have any attraction towards females try to move on, you can’t really change someone’s sexuality...

If it's really getting in the way of things such as an authentic friendship or if it gets in the way of you purely enjoying your time with said person, it's okay to back away for a bit. It helps to distance yourself for a little bit to clear your head. If she becomes worried, you can either tell her the truth or just tell her there have been a lot of things on your mind and you need some space to breathe and figure things out. If she wants you to tell her what's wrong, you can either make something up or just say your mind's too jumbled up to be able to talk about it. It's likely that she'll understand. Also, it's okay to take whatever time you need.

However, I suppose it can be quite lonely if that's the only person you spend your time with. In that case, perhaps you should expand your friend circle. I tend to get lonely very easily, and it can be difficult at times. It helps me to be around my siblings and their friends.

(It’s true your confession was pretty bad Jane...)
Jane is right, I once liked someone that was straight and I tried to hint at it more, that didn’t work and you can’t change someone’s sexuality.

Lol I ran and then decided to call her, I didn’t even give reasons. I just said “Hey so... I like you. Are you okay with that?”
If someone confessed to me like that i would probably never be friends with that person, good thing she is nice lol.

Lmao I'd probably do that. Not because I'm grossed out or anything (if they're a decent person), but because my brain would malfunction SO bad.
