I know this is late but Benadryl usually helps with sensitivity I think, that’s what my brother takes when he eats gluten. lactaid is amazing too for lactose/dairy sensitivity it works wonders for my family and for other friends that are sensitive

As someone who is lactose intolerant, I can confirm that lactaid works really well

Honestly I didn’t like it when I listened to it for the first time but then after a while it really grew on me.
