Finished You've Got It, Huh?

Wand, check.Winter cloak, check. "Noelani, do hurry up. We've got ten minutes to spare and we'll be
behind schedule." Glitzy looked up from her checklist to see her mother shooting a stern but soft look at her sister a few yards behind them. Noelani was gawking at the trains, as was the usual occurrence; she was fascinated by everything. She shrunk her frame slightly with embarrassment and skipped ahead. While Glitzy loved her sister, she was quite looking forward to smoother outings.
Glitzy wasn't nervous about the classes or the material. In fact, she was the most nervous about the
ride to Hogwarts. While she didn't necessarily want a new friend, she didn't want to go through the embarrassment of someone telling her to move seats. Almost as if he could read her mind, her father lightly scruffled her hair and gave her a reassuring smile. She wouldn't say it out loud, but she'd miss her father the most, even more than her beloved lake. She hurriedly placed her supply list into her tote as they approached the train entrance.
"Alright, girl." Her father looked down at her with what looked to be eyes filled with both pride and
dread as they approached the platform. He placed a rough hand on her shoulder. "You've got it from 'ere now eh?" Glitzy flashed him a smirk and nodded. You've got it, huh? She looked at her mother, smiling down at her with kind, warm eyes. Her mother was beautiful, almost doe-like. "Well go on, then. Loads to learn for you. Loads to do." She wrapped her daughter in a comforting embrace and gave her an unwanted kiss on the cheek. Her father gave her a bear hug and kissed her forehead. She looked at her sister, small behind their mother's legs. "Well, come 'ere, you." Noelani skipped up to her elder sister and Glitzy wrapped her in a big cuddle. She said her last goodbyes and just like that, it seemed, she was aboard the Hogwarts Express.
