Dottie nodded as they got up, him holding onto her arm around his neck still. She still hopped on her leg, unstable, that was. All of a sudden, the darkness was replaced with the case of a light up ahead from the castle. "It's okay, I don't know anything yet so you got me beat." She laughed softly. Her Irish accent seeped in slightly, it's always done that. "Curious about me, aren't we?" The girl teased a bit but smiled nonetheless. "Well, if you must know, family back home is normal, I suppose. My twin brother is probably miserable without me, so is my mother and father. Never would they have expected their daughter would do magic or even know magic to begin with. It was completely unprecedented. It's my first day so no friends here as of yet, unless we count you but I'm not sure if we are." Dottie introduced as they walked into the castle doors, the light as bright as can be.
His words make her snap up to look at him, furrowing her brow in confusion before thinning her lip to tap her chin in thought with her free hand. That was, until someone appeared near them and spoke out. Dottie slightly took a step back from the boy and gasped, his words going through one ear and out. Due to the fact that he appeared out of nowhere and it startled her. Unsure of what to say, she looked to Aaron in hopes he knew what to say about the older kid. She nudged his side gently to get his attention.
