Last round of the duel. Zach was exhausted from this duel. It seemed that the other party was also exhausted. He thought about what spell he had to cast for this round quickly. A spell that's still safe but wouldn't make Zach lose either. With his strength now, he would have a hard time carrying Alyssea if she passed out after all. Should he physically avoid it? Or should he continue to cast a spell?

After spending a few seconds thinking, one spell came to his mind, Rictusempra. He had cast the spell twice in the previous rounds. For him, it's a better choice to do. Physically avoiding the spell from Alyssea wouldn't be fun. And Flipendo might make her pass out. Talantellagra? Zach couldn't imagine if it hit, she would dance in exhaustion. Zach wouldn't do such a devilish thing to her. If he cast Rictusempra, the worst thing would happen was she could laugh. And laughing was fun.

He still could smell the burnt scent from his sleeve but it seemed that the flame was finally extinguished by the time, or maybe wind. Then, with a wand pointed at Alyssea, Zach cast his Rictusempra towards Alyssea. So much happened in that little time. Not just he successfully cast Rictusempra, Alyssea also managed to hit another Incendio at him. Raizel who moderated this duel also cast a spell. From what Zach heard, she cast a spell he seldom hear, Depulso. Raizel once again could amaze Zach with her wide knowledge of spell casting.

The result was Zach was hit by the Incendio, Alyssea was hit by Rictusempra, and Raizel could manage Alyssea's safety. Without her Depulso, Alyssea might suffer more damage because laughing would suck her energy, one thing Zach missed in his quick thought. "Nice safe, Raizel!" he said.

Zach decided to approach Alyssea. His thought once again wondered whether she could enjoy this duel or not. He really hope that she could enjoy this duel. But first, he needed to check her condition. "Are you okay? Do you need to go to the Hospital Wing? I could accompany you there," he said with genuine concern.

Here's the thought process for this final round:

She could hit him with her fourth(?) Flipendo of the match. Or, she could hit him with another Incendio and hope he keeps burning. Both seemed like pretty good damage-dealing choices. She could also give Zach a taste of his own medicine by firing any one of a Rictusempra or Tarantallegra. Either way, there were a lot of choices to make and Alyssea's head was losing focus. The only thing on her mind was dealing a good enough hit.

But since she did practically burn off Zach's sleeve, it seemed she awakened a demon because 'what the hell was that?' She was genuinely scared.

With little time to think, she fired another fire-making spell. While it didn't keep him on fire, it did hit, so it achieved Alyssea's aims. However, her diminishing focus was not great and Zach's spell came flying at her.

Then came the blur.

Everything flew by pretty quickly. Alyssea tried to move, but her legs quickly gave out. Then, a heavy force hit her body and she flew out of the spell's firing line. To say she flew across the room would be an understatement. She flew.

When her body hit the ground, her breath hitched. The adrenaline would wear off soon and she'd feel everything that had happened in the past hour. She let out a laugh. Maybe Zach's spell did hit her, but it didn't restrain her as much as it did during the duel. It was half-forced, half-'coping mechanism'.

Footsteps came and, through the fog of thoughts, she heard Zach. "Are you okay? Do you need to go to the Hospital Wing?"

Alyssea took a deep breath to compose herself. They should probably see the nurse for the burns, especially Zach. Maybe check on her ankles, too.

With a cough, Alyssea replied, "Maybe for the burns."

She slowly heaved herself off the floor and blinked as the world around her spun. Wow. Once her vision steadied, she offered a smile to both of them. "Thanks Raizel. Although, it did kinda hurt," she chuckled.

OOC: Thank you guys! This was really fun And what a good ending because I've just ended up on the main roster now. Definitely a good learning experience

Well, it was worth a shot to try and get Alyssea out of the way to avoid getting hit by that Rictusempra full force. Looks like the spell managed to do just that, making Raizel sigh in relief before deciding to join the other two to check up on them both. "You know, you did pretty well, I enjoyed watching that duel." Raizel said to the Hufflepuff girl with a grin on her face. "Although, I prefer not getting hit by one while watching." She snickered. That was some experience though and thrilling.

There she was, minding her own business and then suddenly, boom, a spell was rushing towards her. Ah, makes her want to get some dueling done again. That'd be fun to do after watching over duels for a while now. "I'll help you guys get to the hospital wing. Gotta make sure you are all okay after all." At least, unlike the duel between Winona and Lea, this one ended rather… peacefully. "Hey, if you guys want to duel again, I'd be happy to watch over it again or you can also duel me." She offered to the two. She is a duellist herself and she'd like to get some practice done. That or she just wants to shoot out some new spells. Either way, she'd like to have a go at dueling again. Now that'd be fun.
