"Apologies. I didn't realize I was tired enough to yawn." He said and yawned again. Some wetness appeared at the corners of his eyes. It wasn't because he was sad, it was just a normal physiological function that happened when someone yawned. Kim leaned back a little, still not giving up on getting Aero to come over to him. But as it seemed Aero wasn't going to instantly slither into his arms, he might as well relax his muscles for now. Puffie was in heaven with Bailey, as she was paying lots of attention to him! He nuzzled her neck with his pink fur and squeaked happily at her as Kim nodded at Adlai's words.... "Aw, that's great! Did you get her from a pet shop or find her outside?" Kim asked, curious. But Adlai answered that particular question soon afterward. When Adlai mentioned she was a muggle, the blue haired teen made a mental note about this. It would come in handy later on. The boy's stomach suddenly grumbled and he realized he hadn't grabbed anything to eat yet. There were tables with cookies, mini sandwiches and stacks of chocolate frogs a few tables over. Plus there was also a variety of tea, coffee + juice. Kim let his eyes flicker over those at the table. It seemed as if this particular errand was about to come to an end as no one else seemed to be talking. The blue haired teen wanted to leave because small talk was something he didn't like doing much. And if things continued like this, that was what was going to happen.... Still, he didn't like leaving without being able to hold Aero at least once, so maybe he'd remain for a short time more. Until he was able to do so. Glancing over at Adlai again, Kim gave her what could almost have been a faint smile. "It was nice talking with you after such a long time. Maybe we can do it again sometime in the future." He told her. Kim let his eyes flicker over to Aero again. Despite his actions, it might seem as if he wasn't aware of Bailey's presence. But he knew she was there. He could feel and sense her, even if she didn't do anything. For some reason, he felt at ease whenever she was there. Not that he'd ever tell her or anyone else this. A sigh escaped his lips as he directed his attention back over to Aero again. "Aero... don't you want to come over to me?" Kim asked, resisting the urge to speak in Parseltongue. He couldn't expose himself like that right here. Even for a lovely snake like Aero. He'd done it with Cu Sith and Hana-chan had found out. He'd learned his lesson. |

Their little group seemed quite comfortable with one another. Bailey, still perched on Kim’s chair, was enjoying listening to the others conversations, and cuddling with puddle, who seemed quite content to be perched on her shoulder. He nuzzled her neck, and she smiled as she reached up to scratch his little adorable head.
Kim yawned and Bailey resisted the urge to do so as well. She knew that she wasn’t tired, but seeing anyone yawn always made her feel like she needed to as well.
Adlai mentioned that she and her sister were both muggle borns, and Bailey smiled at this. She hadn’t know this, but it made her happy knowing she shared something in similar with the older girl.
Bailey was getting hungry, and tired. She was ready to leave, but didn’t want to leave Kim here alone.
Kim ended his conversation with Adlai soon after though, and seemed mostly ready to go. Standing up, Bailey stretched her arms above her head before grabbing her bag. Slinging her bag over her shoulder, she gave puffie one last cuddle before placing the adorable pink puff ball on Kim’s shoulder. Placing her hand on Kim shoulder gently as well, to get his attention she said “I’m going to head out now- are you good to stay or do you want to come?”
She would wait for Kim’s reply, and either leave by herself, or with Kim.
Before she would leave Bailey would make sure to say “it was great to meet you all! Have a great night!” to everyone in their little group.
