Retrieving the Broken Pieces PV Richard L Fin

Richard enters the hospital wing while talking to school nurse. He stood there for a sec as he saw Tina and runs toward her and asked, "when did u wake up","are you feeling dizzy or something?". As he helps her to sit down then opens up the drawer and cabinet and pulled out some medicines, he mixes them in a cup and handed it to her. "Here drink this, it will make you feel better". He said " I was worried about you, and have been looking for you since yesterday, I asked other students but some didn't know where were you and some said you were seen in a Library last time, I searched there and I even searched restriction section, as I went to search you in great hall I found school nurse and she told me you were found unconscious in Library gripping a book, after that I have been here sitting by your side all night, the school nurse asked me to fetch some supplies so i went out to gather them and when i saw you that you are up now, I feel relieved but I am still curious about the book you have been reading, I wanna take a look at that too. do you know where it is and what book it was, whats the title ?". He look at her to get some answers..

Tina took a moment to look at a nearby calendar, showing it was November. She blinked once with an empty expression as she stared at the boy. He talked as if he knew her well and thought he was sweet, but couldn't put a name to his unfamiliar face. Instead of answering his questions or taking the cup he offered her, she asked a bunch of her own questions. "Who are you? What house are you from? When and where did we meet? Is this a prank? What is in this mixture?"

Before he could answer, she decided to answer his questions. She felt her she may have come off as rude and saw that he seemed genuinely concerned. She took the cup, but didn't drink it just yet. "Thanks. I woke up a few minutes ago and I don't really feel dizzy, just confused. I don't remember anything about the book, but I remember reading one. I have no clue about what happened. Why exactly were you searching for me?"

Suddenly, she saw a vision of a black book in her hand. It wasn't a school textbook, but a book on the dark arts. She remembered picking it off the floor before walking towards the librarian. The vision fades as she looked into the green eyes of the light blonde haired boy. "Maybe it's still in the library?"

Richards mouth dropped on the questions she asked, He thought "it seems she lost her memory." then he starts answering, "well first of all I am Richard and I am from Gryffindor and you are Tina from Ravenclaw, we met in hogwarts express and the station we both are first years, and nope its not a prank it seems you lost your memory, and as for the mixture, its draught of peace, it will soothe you and will also help u calm down. Plus I think I have to ask school nurse to brew one potion for your lost memory, that way I will learn it too." He stands up and takes a few strolls around the room thinking about the book, "A black color book of defense against dark arts, hm... how do I find it there are many books of same color and of same course, it will take ages to find the right one, only if I get my hands on it I will break the curse on the book and read it to learn from it and see whats inside that book, why it is cursed, why Tina lost her memory because of that book ?" he keeps his head down staring blankly at the floor, deep in his thoughts " Why, Why, Why ?? "

Tina was beginning to think that this Richard kid was a it insane. she would've remembered meeting him on the train ride since her memories from before yesterday were perfectly fine. She remembered her parents, her animal friends, the human friends, and even every Hogwarts assignment she had to complete. There was still the possibility that someone messed with her mind and changed her memories, but her they felt so real compared to her present situation. When Richard told her the potion he created was the Draught of Peace, she spilled it in a corner when he wasn't looking. The odds of a  young student creating an advanced potion so quickly with success were very slim. She didn't want to risk falling into a deep sleep when she had so worries and concerns about her mental state.

"I think I'll recognize it if I saw it again," Tina says calmly. she wasn't sure if this was true, but she remember being told that hidden memories appear when triggered by something that relates to them.  Feeling a little tired, she adds, "I don't really have the answers to your question, but I think it'll help to bring all the dark colored books you can find."

Richard look up as she replied, he stops briefly and nods "hm.. alright I will try my best, I will bring every book with dark covers". He roams around the room thinking about the books and finding the best plan to get all the books even those which are in restricted section and are even banned for seniors. He looks up again with a smile "rest here well, I think I know how to get the all the books." He ran to library and searched every shelf he can at that moment because at that time it would be dangerous to infiltrate the restricted section, so he grabbed all the books he think will make her remember even a little bit and returns to hospital wing, He laid them down in front of Tina and asked to get a closer look "Look at these, these are all the ones I can get for now I haven't searched the restricted section yet because that could be dangerous if I get caught, get a closer look at these and tell me anything you remembered even a name or specific design or anything even smallest clue will be useful, take your time and tell anything you remember I will visit you after the class."

Before Tina could tell Richard everything, she began to feel her memories vanish until all she could remember was meeting Richard and everything that happened before the incident. Honestly, she replied. "I don't know."

This event was beginning to frighten her as she began to shake involuntarily. What was going on? She remembered remembering something, but then it left her mind as if it was erased by someone. What was even worse was that she never forgotten something before at least she remembered never forgetting something. Perhaps she was aging at a mysteriously fast pace and she couldn't tell because it was happening internally. She quickly ran to a nearby mirror, surprised that there were no wrinkles or sagging.

She didn't want to stay in this place. She quickly developed a conviction that her stay in the hospital wing was driving her insane. She had to leave immediately, but not without saying goodbye to her friend. "I'm sorry that I forgot about you and drove you into this weird, uncomprehending mess. However, I can't stay here or I might start rambling about nonsense like crazy person. I hope I'll see you later."

Tina darted out of the wing, not waiting for Richard to reply.
