Get Out Dad
IC Date: September 5th 2023Trapped in the allure of being in captivity of the astronomical vibes of the Astronomy Classroom. Bloody disgusting. He hated the fact his father was still 'around'. Couldn't the kids have just knocked him out of Hogwarts... got rid of him? He didn't need anyone supervising him. Last time his father caught him, he got in big trouble for the destruction of the charms classroom.
It did not need to be brought up again, and it wasn't anything he wanted to be in the midst of.
But for the hell of it, since no one else decided to get rid of the starry dude, he would take matters into his own hand, including the destruction of the Astronomy classroom.
To hell with what his father has to say. Screw him. It's all about Clark here. Clark is the important one. All eyes on Clark. No one busts Clark in the middle of the hallway in the middle of the night and takes him back to the person who runs the classroom he ruined.
Bloody monster he was. He approached the telescopes and kicked them over, and spotted shaggy carpeting and prepared himself. "Incendio duo." He said, making the wand movement. He would get rid of his father one way or another.@August Turner

Get Out Dad

A nice enough day outside the walls of Hogwarts, and yet it seemed that every Ravenclaw student in the building was cooped up in the tower. Unfortunately, that’s also exactly where August wanted to be. Unwilling to put up with the incessant chatter filling the common room, he gathered his wand, shoving it into his pocket, and heading out. At first, he was unsure where he would end up, wandering aimlessly through corridors and ducking through archways. He contemplated heading to the grounds, but quickly dismissed the idea. Even if all the Ravenclaws seemed to be indoors, there was no guarantee the rest of the school hadn’t gone outside.
After a bit of wandering around, August decided upon heading up to the Astronomy Tower. Admittedly it was a bit inconvenient since he had gone down to the second floor, but nevertheless he began to ascend the staircase. He had not been to any Astronomy classes yet, but the subject intrigued him and he wanted to check out the area where the classes would take place. He hoped he would not be disappointed.
Taking the last step into the tower, he looked around, fully intending to do a bit of nosing around, but was quickly stopped at the sight before him. Telescopes were scattered across the floor, and in the middle of the mess was a boy about his own age, maybe a year older. The boy’s wand was out and pointed at the carpet? After walking closer, August was able to hear the incantation the boy was muttering.
“Incendio duo huh?” August asked, announcing his presence in the room. “What are you doing, trying to get this entire place to go up in flames?”
Although his purpose was originally to get out of the stifling environment of people, this boy had him intrigued. What could he possibly be wanting to accomplish setting fire to the Astronomy Tower? Perhaps he had something against the subject? The professor? Whatever it was, it didn’t seem like the boy was trying too hard to be discreet about his arson attempts.

Get Out Dad
Sure, the arsonist could've stopped now, but this wasn't the end of it. He wanted his father fired. But he then heard talk. He jumped, feeling immediate regret for what he just did, but when he turned around, he saw it wasn't his father, meaning he could just burn the hell out of the room, and not be in trouble as long as he could dart out of the room faster than his father could enter. "WHAT THE HELL BRO?"
He yelled, but would it make any progress, not really. Yelling only encourages trouble. Oh, then by all means. "WHY THE HELL DON'T YOU JUST CAST A DAMN SPELL ON THE FLAMMABLE STUFF?" He demanded, trying to get someone else to be part of his trouble.
It hit him that he felt something cold and heavy in his pocket, and when he reached in, he saw a tin box holding a matchbox. Oh, not a shabby idea. "Here, I got you something. If you don't know how to use it... uh- use the stick in the box and the red end is used on the side of the box to start a fire."
He wondered if there were a way to get gasoline. He heard it was flammable.
But if there were no gasoline, there was dragon dung, wasn't there? In the herbology classroom, right? Where he last broke his nose.

Immediately, the boy whirled around to face August, guilt flashing across his face for the briefest of moments before seeing who it was. After that, he just started to yell for August to take part in the burning down of the tower. That gave him a pause. Of course, burning down the tower was sure to come with dire consequences if caught, but he was barely ever caught. A charming smile and quick words could get him out of any situation gone wrong, such as a professor discovering the two up here. And even so, they weren't really burning it down. They were just setting a few small fires. Nothing terrible.
August shrugged and took the little box. "I suppose I could help you start some fires up here, but first of all, I'd like to know what I'm getting myself into."
He took one of the sticks out of the box, examining it and making a mental note to research more about the curious object later. He was sure he had come across the term before, but could remember for the life of him what it was.
"You got something against the subject?" he continued.
Striking the red end of the stick against the box as instructed, he watched, amused, as flame enveloped the top of the stick. He threw it in the general direction of some wooden crates. He quickly grabbed another out of the box and repeated his actions, this time throwing it at the carpeting the boy had been trying to light on fire when August had first walked in.
If a professor did walk in at this precise minute, he or she might wonder how this boy had roped in August by just giving him the box of sticks and yelling at him to set some fires. However, August had desperately been needing to let off some steam, and this, though ill-advised, seemed at the time the perfect way to do so.

Get Out Dad
Octavius Baird was preparing himself for the vibes of relaxation, entering his room, seeing his shaggy carpeting, his lava lamp, his groovy lifestyle of staring at the stars. The time alotted that he felt he could be given, since he had to teach that night. He needed rest and peace.
As soon as he entered, he heard the roaring of flames. Odd. The stone walls flickered in coloration as well. Also odd. What was happening? As he went further, he saw that his shaggy carpeting was on fire, and that a boy- perhaps one that was coming to class eventually- were burning things.
"Hey! Clark William Baird! Drop the wand. Now." He said, yelling at him. "You do NOT set things on fire. I've had enough of you and your chaotic misbehavior. I will see what I can do, but now, as for you, boy." He said, implementing August. "Why are you burning my classroom? You need to stop. Drop the matches."
That said, without wasting any time, he withdrew his wand starting with the shaggy carpeting. "Extinguo." And now for the boxes. "Extinguo."
"I'm serious boys, stop. If you do so much as set more fires in this school, I will personally see to it that you are brought to the Headmaster for expulsion. Especially you Clark. I'm sorry, but it's for your own good." Octavius said, both sternly and solemnly.
"Meet me tomorrow morning in this classroom. You have both earned yourselves detention." He was wondering what he could do to make their detention unique, and try to increase the likelihood of them slowing their roll of destruction.Interacting: @August Turner @Clark Baird
