gryffindor is exhausting
Aries felt defeated as she slowly opened the grand doors to the library with a creak. The librarian turned his head to look at her. He smiled and nodded at her.Good morning to you as well! Aries hadn't meant to sound sarcastic, so she quickly scattered away to her favorite shelves. The mystery and fiction section. There was only one other girl in the aisle and she just had to take the one specific book Aries wanted. oh should i ask her- no way!- oh but she's leaving-still no. Her brain argued on two sides. Aries patiently kept glancing at the book every now and then. She spotted another book while suspiciously following the other girl. The tales of Beedle the Bard Aries said out loud. "Hush!" someone beside her said. oh of course nothing would go my way. Aries desperately thought I got sorted into Gryffindor and have to wear some kind of stupid red and gold tie, and some random girl steals the one thing i came here for. Just of course it had to happen to me. Why couldn't I be a Slytherin like my mother and best friend? The evil house probably wasn't appealing to most but Aries had wanted it forever. And now im seperated from my best friend and aren't at all comfortable in my new dorm. Aries thought a book would help her fell at home in her dorm but clearly the universe didn't want that. Look at the girl in front of me, so perfect like she got what she wanted.she asked you a questionnn Aries's brain said yes yes Aries wanted the bookNo. Aries said confidently

gryffindor is exhausting
Lily had been having a bad sort of day so she went to the one place that calmed her down: the library. She loved it for several reasons because you could just let go of the world for a while and go into something else for a while.Her cousin Colin, however, had a certain flare...for trouble. So did Lily but she loved reading so much that if Colin ever needed her he knew where to look. Lily scanned the shelves looking for something special and her eyes landed on a random fiction book. She had never heard of those before.
Lily had grown up as a muggleborn through her parents. But later in September of her first year, she found out that Colin McCoire was her cousin through Alexander McCoire, a squib. She was super excited and to be honest...she was very excited!!
Anyway she grew up as a muggle listening to stories like, Cinderella, Beauty and the Beast, the Little Mermaid, Sleeping Beauty, and so many more. She had never, since coming to Hogwarts heard of fairytales for wizards and witches. She took the book down and went to a seat slowly, noticing that someone was following her. She turned around and asked, "Umm, excuse me What?You want this book? I saw you following me" When the girl said no, Lily raised an eyebrow. "Then can I ask why you are following me?"

oh i... okay fine i do want it but seem to have never read it before so do you want it. I dont really care anyway! Aries blurted out quickly. shes a fellow Gryffindor she would know what i mean right? Aries sighed no she wouldn't, im not even supposed to be wearing a red and gold tie.the girl looked confusedly with her right eyebrow raised as if she thought i was strange. But Aries couldn't really tell as she was trying very hard to to even hlance at the girl.she probably does think im strange, and that's because i am! She was about to scatter out of the library, when she realized just how rude she was being. The poor girl just wanted a book and Aries was making such a big deal out of it. sorry, wanna be friends? im okay at mist things, especially socializing but thungs get tough around here. Aries might've sounded cringe and desperate but she wasn't, instead she was laughing. She was confident and brave which made her a true Gryff. She wasn't suspicious but Aries definitely was. so it's settled then?Aties looked at her and smiled just a little bit. she seems nice, so ask for her name I'm Aries and you?maybe this isn't so bad after all. I am a Gryffindor forever Aries hoped the girl would respond, Aries was losing hope by every second that had passed by then. oh what would mother think?
