Summer Camp Niffler Hunt Sign-ups

Welcome to this Summer Camp’s very first Niffler Hunt! This wouldn’t be possible without Hogwarts’ amazing staff and, most importantly, the Care of Magical Creatures professor, Miss Blumenthal, for loaning us six nifflers. Yes, six; no, you may not steal one away

These critters are adorable, but they can cause a real mess. Unless you have no valuables or anything shiny (that means sticky caramels, too!) don't try to steal one. Honestly, just enjoy them for the hunt, or be prepared to face regular punishment and a few inventive twists to your summer camp life courtesy of the prankster princess herself.

How it works:

Select one of the six nifflers provided by the school. Once set, you'll get to dig one(1) square off the board for FREE. [Alternatively, you can purchase digs: 1 square for 6 Sickles (or 1 ITEM) or 3 for 15 Sickles (or 1 ITEM.] You'll dig once your square(s) is/are selected. Once you're done, one of the moderators will let you know what you have won. Once your earnings are retrieved (if any), you may purchase more squares to dig or end your hunt there. Prizes are not guaranteed, and once a prize has been dug, it cannot be dug again.

Moderation will occur every 3 days.

All currency for digs should be sent to Duvessa.

☞ Every post requires a minimum of one (1) dig and a maximum of three (3). This is to keep the board fair for all those that wish to participate.

☞ At the end of you post, please add [quote]Action: NAME OF NIFFLER dug X1, Y2, Z3[/quote] please change the alphanumeric code to your particular square(s).

☞ Post requirements follow HiO guidelines; each post must meet the 200-word count minimum.

☞ At the end of your post, state which alphanumeric box you have “dug.”

☞ Prizes do vary. They go from shiny trash to items worth up to 2 Galleons. There are four (4) prize categories in total, three of which have a monetary value.
