Quidditch Hufflepuff vs Ravenclaw - Spring 2023

Faye wasn’t paying much attention to the game. Instead, she was scanning the stands, her eyes running up and down every student, picking out the ones she didn’t like. She didn’t even seem to notice if a player whizzed past her, even if they would give her a look.

After a while, Faye snapped back into the action, and got straight back into the game.

Edward's on a quaffle-scoring spree! He's sending one after the other at the hoops, with no keepers trying to get in his way. He's clearly in a hurry to get his hands on that elusive snitch and end this silly chase phase once and for all.

Faye's trying to pull a sneaky elbow hit on Ethen, but the referee saw through her attempt and called her out on it. "Faye! Go on a penalty lap, young lady!"

Determined to take Ethen down, she goes in full force and smashes him with a full-on collision. But Quinn is to the rescue! He quickly jumps in and saves Ethan. "Lavinia, another penalty lap for you!"

"It's the moment we've all been waiting for!" the speaker cries enthusiastically as Ethen, riding atop a broom stick with Quinn clinging to his shoulder, strains to reach the elusive snitch.

Time appears to slow down as the two Hufflepuffs compete to be the first to get their hands on the golden ball. The audience watches with bated breath.  "And BAM! He's done it! He's done it!!"

And the crowd goes wild! "Hufflepuff! Hufflepuff! Hufflepuff!" they chant.

"150 points for Hufflepuff! It's a badger-rific day, fans!"

The boy celebrated, THIS WAS HIS SECOND WIN of the school year. Perhaps Clark truly was the champion. Perhaps Clark meant the world to everyone- but people would just put on a facade and just treat him like he was the worst person ever. Oh, if only if that thought were true.

In reality, Clark didn't care about what was going on. He was too busy trying to avoid any further attacks and ended up having to make his way down to the ground just so that he could get Rita off of his broom, a way of trying to make himself faster. Faster and not quite as held back by having more weight on the broom.
