You don’t even have to create the ency. Just post your application and staff will create your ency.

I had a iNPC application… but I lost it lol

You dont make the ency, You apply for the iNPC and one of the admins will make the Ency and change the post to yours :]

And Yeah, iNPC's can be related to you! it just needs to make sense.
