I have checked it's not in any place I have access too either which includes: Forbidden Forest, Ravenclaw Locker Room, Room of Requirement, Keeper of Keys and ground's cabin, Potion Storeroom, basement, Godric's Hollow & Grimmauld Place.

Yes. The bean appears every 6 hours. 12 AM - 6 AM - 12 PM - 6 PM
