Born to muggles in Glasgow, England on 12th of August in 2011, Dane Leonardo Hawethorne was born. His mother Henora is a descendant of a great witch by the name of Isidora Lakenblythe, being Dane’s great grandmother x5. Isidora had a squib child who married a muggle, not knowing that future generations could produce magic. After he was born, Henora and his father Irik tried to provide Dane a sibling, but were unable to, resulting in Dane being an only child. This proved quite lonesome for Dane as his parents often worked long hours and his grandparents were becoming too old to babysit him as he grew; causing him to cling to any friendships he made in fear of being alone. Primary school was also difficult for him as he was constantly bullied by his classmates with them calling him a weirdo or a freak. It became difficult for Dane to trust others, but when others earned his trust, he showed them a loyalty that they’d never forget. Since a young lad, many weird occurrences happened around him such as when he accidentally set his pants on fire just with a thought. Dane had no idea he was a wizard until one day a professor had come to his home to present his Hogwart’s letter and explain to him and his parents that he was a wizard. Although his parents were shocked, everything had begun to make sense ever since Dane’s first odd occurrence. When he was around six years old, Dane had requested to have a cookie, to which his mother denied as dinner was being prepared. While staring at the jar the cookie seemed to float in the air and guide itself to Dane much to his surprise and happiness. When his mother turned to him, she stood there flabbergasted and shocked, snatching the cookie from his hands, and putting it back into the jar. She then had him go to his room and stay there until dinner was ready to eat. Dane’s parents were proud that there son was destined for something great and were happy to have a wizard in their family, supporting him in getting everything he needed for school under the guidance of the professor.
