Sophia is a girl with long straight black hair, with curled bangs. She has an oval face with single eyelids, with pupils that are very unique. The color of her right eye is royal blue, but the left is dark brown. Inherited father's dark brown eyes and mother's royal blue eyes. Sophia has a pointed nose with small light pink lips. You can hardly detect Sophia's Chinese descent by looking at her appearance, but she still has the tiny flattened facial features of an Asian. She is fair-skinned, thin, and of normal height (a little taller than normal?).

Sophia is not optimistic. She's a bit introverted and doesn't like talking a lot (maybe due to less parental accompaniment). The fact that she was raised by her grandparents didn't bring a lot of effects on her personality. Different from some spoiled kids raised by their grandparents, living and growing up with them in the countryside actually gives Sophia a positive personality. For example, loving nature and being grateful. But, getting along well with her will result in her turning to be a chatterbox who shares everything. Hang out with Sophia is easy and relaxed. The only thing she doesn't like to express is her feelings, but she is kind and warm and cares about her friends and family a lot.

| The story of Sophia's life

❆ BEFORE | Sophia was born to Paxton and Adelaide Fan, two busy muggle office workers who barely had time for young Sophia. When she is very small, she is sent by her parents to the countryside of Welsh to be raised by her grandparents since they are incredibly busy. She didn't take kindergarten because her grandparents think it was useless and its better for Sophia to just hang out in the house's backyard for a free childhood. When Sophia is 2, her parents have another child named Heather Fan. Heather lived with her parent until 1 year old and she is sent to live with her grandparents and young Sophia as well. You may consider Sophia's parents irresponsible but they are just that busy and they are eager to give the family a better life. Sophia has a good relationship with her sister and grandparents all the time. When she is 6 and her sister is 4, their parents have a bit more time for the kids, and considering Sophia needs to go to school for education, they are back in London with their parents. Later, Sophia became a student in a local British school that had boring classes and a lot of homework. She also had classes outside of school and got a lot of pressure. Her grades in school are always good because she know it can reduce teh pressure of her parents. After school, she walks home by herself or with friends from school. Sophia have two best friends since grade 1, one called Candice and the other one called Olivia, who treat Sophia very nicely. Sophia's grandparents are still in Welsh, so she can't always meet them except for Christmas when the family always goes to Welsh for the holiday to stay with them. Her life was a bit boring before she received the letter from Hogwarts.

❆ FIRST MAGIC | One time, Sophia was having PE class and the teacher ask them to do a passing drill in a group of three(with Olivia and Candice). Candice was trying to throw a ball at Sophia, but Candice accidentally threw it so hard at her that the rigid ball is going to hit Sophia badly. During the ball's flying process, Sophia was scared and can do nothing but stare at the ball (since she always are afraid of the PE ball). But to everyone's surprise, the ball stopped in the air and keeps still like its flowting for one or two seconds and fell to the ground. Both Sophia and her friends were shocked by this. Sophia didn't know what happened and tried to explain that this is caused by wind, but she knows it wasn't. There are no winds in the Gym and the Gym don't even have a window or opens the air conditioner.

Sage is a meek, adorable, and loyal white-feathered arctic owl. She loves Sophia very much since the day Sophia took her away from Diagon alley. She always delivers Sophia's letters and packages as quickly and safely as possible. In her leisure time, she enjoys playing with Sophia, hunting some small animals like rats, and hovering unfettered in the azure sky of Hogwarts.
