Just here to do some cleaning
Cassie is yet again bored, she finishes all her homework on Saturday, leaving her nothing to do on Sunday. She doesn't have any club activities, nor does she want to do some extra reading in the library. Just then, another idea popped in her mind-- yes, she can go around to see if any professor needs help.
Which professor should I go to? She thinks. Oh, perhaps the Divination professor Brinley Bardot. Cassie is always interested in Divination, and he must have got some tea cups and other things waiting to be cleaned. Thinking of that, Cassie tidies her school robe and walks out of her common room, excitedly.
Quickly, she walks down the West Tower and up the North Tower. She stands just outside the Divination's professor's office, she can see that the Divination professor, professor Bardot is inside. She takes a deep breath, and says, 'Good afternoon professor. I am Cassie Jiang, a first year Ravenclaw. I am here today to ask if I can help you with some cleaning. I will be honoured if I can help you professor.' And she waits quietly and patiently for a response. Her heart is pounding fast, She is just too excited.

Just here to do some cleaning
Professor Bardot had heard someone outside her office. When she saw it was a first year she has figured that they were here to ask for a reading. Usually that is the only reason that anyone below third year came to see her but she was shocked to find out that Cassie had come in to ask if she could help her clean. She had never had a student come in to ask that before.
Professor Bardot smiled and invited her in her office. "Why yes! Please sit down. I would absolutely love help cleaning some things. Sit down, make yourself comfy I'll be right back." She says as she disappeared for a moment and came back a bit later with a hand full of cleaning supplies and the other full of teacups and other small divination supplies. "Thanks for coming in to help, what brings you to the Divination room to help clean? Are you interested in Divination?" She asked excitedly as she set everything that was in her hands down. She was beyond excited when students who were not third years came in for any reason. It made her glad they were interested in Divination. She hoped that Cassie was interested in it. She loved telling non-third year plus students about the art of Divination.

Just here to do some cleaning
As professor Bardot welcomes her in, Cassie is surprised by how kind, friendly and enthusiastic the Divination professor can be. 'Thank you professor,' she says as she takes a seat. 'Well, I am coming for I just want to do something good for someone in the castle. Yes of course, I am very interested in Divination. I can't wait for my third year to take part in this class. It seems so fun and useful! I am very happy to help.' Cassie says as she helps making sure the supplies are not falling.
'May I learn about some basic Divination while doing the cleaning? Like what are the main categories in Divination, or some history of Divination. Also, are there any books you recommend, professor?' she asks, curiously.
She picks up a tool and starts dusting dust off the shelves and tables. It is indeed dirty, with many dust on the top. Well, now the dust are on the ground, Cassie will soon brush them away with the original dust on the ground.
She picks up a rag and dips it in water. She uses it to wash the shelves and desks to make them clear and clean like new ones. She puts down her tools, and has a tiny rest before continuing.

Professor Bardot was indeed glad to have a student who was not yet old enough to join her class be this interested in Divination. Many thought it to be a joke, or a hoax.
She grabs some cleaning supplies as well and goes to clean off her desk. That was probably the messiest part of her whole office. She was glad to hear that Cassie wanted to learn more about Divination. "Divination has so many different types so many that it would take all day for me to name them all." She said before picking up a set of tarot cards. They were her favorite set, silver of course, and in a metal tin to protect them. "For example, these are tarot cards. They can be used for pretty much any fortune telling, each card has a different meaning and depending on the answer to the question you want to know, they can mean different things making each reading unique and up to interpretation." She smiled putting them down and then she picked up a Divination coin and a pendulum."You also have items like these, the divination coin and a pendulum. Both of these are used for yes or no questions. They are easier to use and give quicker and more definitive answers."
She set the coin and pendulum down, looking to Cassie with a smile. "If you would like to touch or look at any of these feel free. As long as you are careful I don't mind." She said with a warm and genuine smile.

Just here to do some cleaning
Cassie keeps on with her cleaning of the desks while listening to the knowledge taught by professor Bardot. Tarot Cards, Divination Coin and Pendulum... sounds so interesting!
After the shelves and tables are well cleaned, with no dust left, Cassie can't wait to touch the things! These Divination things seems so interesting! Slowly, she takes the Divination coin a bit up of the desk. It is like a normal coin, but Cassie knows it is different. And, what she really wants to touch, are the tarot cards in the metal tin. She cleans her hands on the robes, well, just to get the dust and a bit of water off. She slowly puts her right hand into the metal box. She feels the tarot cards, they are silver.
As she gets her hand out, she continues with cleaning. She takes out a broom, well, this broom is for cleaning, She cleans the dust from the ground and throws them away. One final step, and her cleaning will be done! She takes out the mop, dips it in water and mops the floor all over. When she is done, she can see that the floor is as clean as new.
She puts the quills and parchment she found left on the ground on to a desk, and turns to the professor. 'Professor Bardot, I am done with my cleaning. Please have a look to see what else you need me to do. Also, may I ask for a read?'
