The Ravenclaw seemed to hesitate a moment before saying, "Um, my name's Seven."

At the Ravenclaw's name, Rhys cast a side glance at Qrow; the Slytherin was practically grinning from ear to ear. Not only was the name absolutely brilliant, but it was also most definitely gender neutral. Qrow hated to make a stereotype, but it was fairly common for genderqueer people to name themselves after something; of course, the redhead was more used to hearing names that related to plants, animals, or random objects; they had yet to hear anyone call themselves a number, and what a bloody brilliant name it was.

Qrow met Rhys’ gaze before the Gryffindor raised a questioning brow and turned back to the Ravenclaw.
"Seven, huh? Cool name." Rhys nodded.

Qrow couldn’t help but think that that was a little bit of an understatement, but, then again, their own name was fairly unique in its own sense.

Still, the metamorphmagus desperately tried to calm themselves down in order to not scare the poor Ravenclaw off; they were obviously very shy, and in all honesty, Qrow had already caused enough awkwardness for one day. Their insomnia was seriously becoming an issue; it seemed that the less sleep they got, the more their brain tried to overcompensate for their drowsiness. On top of that, they had forgone their usual morning coffee; the drink usually helped their brain function at a normal level instead of the severe hyperactivity that it seemed to be at today.

"So, Seven, what are your pronouns?"

─────Qrow was grinning. That meant they liked Seven's name? Hopefully, that was the case. If not...

Rhys glanced at Qrow. "Seven, huh? Cool name."

Rhys nodded and Seven's attention turned to Qrow, who, after the random burst of laughter, seemed to have pulled themself together. Perhaps they had just been excited and had acted a little out of the ordinary. Well, maybe not 'a little'. Qrow had definitely been more than 'a little' strange. But the point was, they seemed to be making an effort to talk with Seven instead of, say, abducting them.

Yes, Seven wasn't quite done with thinking about how Qrow had said they were going to abduct them. They were ninety percent sure that they wouldn't be abducted by Qrow, but the Slytherin had proved to be a little abnormal. Plus, if they set their mind to it, Qrow would be able to abduct Seven - or anyone, really.

"So, Seven, what are your pronouns?" Qrow said, interrupting Seven's thoughts.

That sounded like a fairly normal question, and after quickly deciding the answer wouldn't help Qrow to abduct them, Seven replied. "They/them."

They glanced at the Rhys, then at Qrow, to see the reactions to Seven's response. The two would most likely be excited, considering how the encounter had begun.
