History/ Backround Story Lionel was born in June 22, 2011 in Uckfield, England and he had an ordinary life he is an only child who lives with his parents they are a happy family his parents work in the wizarding world and Lionel always admired them. His father works for the ministry as an auror. His mother works at home. She’s an author. His fathers name is Luka Russel and his mother is Kate Russel he has a lot of friends and loves to hang out with them and with his cousins. He was hanging out with his cousins and his friends in his backyard. They all went inside and ate food, when suddenly Lionel started coughing bubbles, he had no idea why. He was told why and be was happy. He than got his owl for being allowed to go to Hogwarts and he happily showed it to his mother. She wrote back to Hogwarts telling them that Lionel will be attending. A week later he and his family went to Diagon Alley to get his school supplies. It took him five wands until he got his perfect one. He had no idea why, until the wand seller told him. He than bought all of the rest of his supplies and went to look at the pets but wasnt able to get any. He than went back home and excitedly waited until it was time for him to leave to Hogwarts.
