Unfortunately, I am pretty sure that you will probably not be able to do this because this will stop the 200 word count and people will simply not bother to role-play and meet only through this chat. Hio is a writing community also, so without 200 words you can't set the atmosphere etc.

As Duvessa said, because of not using 200 words none of this would technically not be a thing IC. While you could keep this, you and another player could post ‘meeting’ each other here in under 200 words, but if you met in a thread you wouldn’t know each other.

oh i see. my apologies i only meant for a thread to express our ooc opinions. it doesn't actually mean our characters will meet. but for the sake of avoiding confusion i will lock it.
