Niks Ikke ~ First year Ravenclaw
History/Background Story:
Pre-Hogwarts: Niks is born on the 30th of May in 2011 ins Scotland. She lives in Nairn (Scotland) with her two parents and her younger brother. Both her parents are purebloods and went to Hogwarts together when they were younger. She has a good relationship with her family and she has a happy childhood full of nice memories.
Her fparent's house is close to the sea, and she absolutely likes building complex sandcastles where she and her brother would hide for the tides. Her parents are both wizards, and she is homeschooled. She learned everything she needed and a lot more from her teacher. Her parents also found it important that she knows some basics about the Muggle culture. She really liked learning about the muggles. She finds them really smart because they can invent difficult things without magic.
Niks doesn't have a lot of friends, but their friend group is really tight knit. Her grandparents on her fathers' side live close to them, so she has a really good contact with them. She likes to play chess with her grandfather.
Inetests: Niks likes music, reading and doing creative things. She also loves flowers and nature.
First Instance of Magic: One time, when she was six years old, Niks and her brother were having a fight. She was really angry at him for stealing one of her chicken nuggets. She started shouting all the insults she knew (which weren't a lot) while her brother kept munching rapidly on the food. The next moment, her brother's hair begins to transform into feathers. He stops chewing, lifts his ands and starts screaming. Niks' parents were a bit mad at first, but when they found out she did accidental magic, they were really proud of her. They fixed her brother's hair with a quick spell and everything was alright.
Hogwarts life: Niks was sorted into Ravenclaw, and she's really happy about that. She thought she would be a Slytherin or a Ravenclaw, and she guessed it right.
