Depends on what you want?
You could pick something inherited positive, like cats grace and link it to Azraels ballance and coordination that comes from being a dancer

Or

You could pick a generally 'negative' ability terrible presence for example - which would be really interesting to play with especially when you could link it to the way things have gone down between Qrow/Rhys and Azrael
