I've applied for staff positions over two years, and I will say, it is a bit discouraging to get an owl saying that you weren't chosen for the position. The only thing I will have to say, is like what Clair said. Perseverance, improve your application, select your priorities in what you want to do onsite, make sure rules are being followed, etcetera- but that's not the only factor to becoming staff. Part of becoming staff is the responsibilities that are held with it.
