I've heard that even if you try and answer correctly to get into a certain House you may not get into that House if there are too many people in the House already. If there is a House who has way less students than the other Houses, even if you answer all the questions to get into another House, you may still get sorted into the House that needs more students than other Houses. So just plan to get into any of the House as a precaution! Don't plan on any particular House.

EDIT: Your post afterward said you were just preferring Slytherin but you had a plan for all the Houses so you can ignore what I said lmao! For my new character later on, I'm going to be doing the same, planning for any of the Houses so it will work regardless of what House I get into! I just hope I don't get into Gryffindor again because that would suck. Nothing against Gryffindor but I don't want to get into the same House again as a new character... I want to explore all the Houses!
