Alone Closed

Erin walked down to the Great Lake way after curfew she used to do this alone when she was at her father's manor as they had a huge lake in the back garden which was her escape from reality and be a child again who's mother was around braiding her hair as she told her mother about how her day went. But Erin is here not there.*sigh* Erin looked into the water and whispered " Why?Why did you go mother?" Erin hoped just a little that someone would reply. But she knew better then this as on the same date, every single year, she would come out and say those same six words over and over again. Gazing into the water with tears into her eyes she noticed how the water gleamed and shone when a ripple formed from the fish. Erin ripped her eyes from the icy water which begged her to enter the depths. Now looking down into her lap where her silver and green tie met her face. She smiled softy remembering her mothers last words. "You are strong my little sunlight. Oh and don't let your father eat all of the cookies i made for you." The last line brought happiness and sadness to her heart as those cookies went ages ago along with the little ray of sunlight who Erin's mother loved dearly. Glazing up at the stars now Erin smiled and licked her pale pink lips and whispered "Te amo." Before collapsing into a heap and crying.

Until she heard footsteps approaching.....
