Potions and Worries
Axyen placed nervously, the one subject he was dreading. His memory wasn't too bad, but when it came to trying to memorize exact steps, no mistakes or the potion is ruined, he just couldn't. He was nervous and peaked inside the classroom before waiting on his friend Addie Richards.
Axyen couldn't imagine how it would go, he imagine himself blowing up a potion, he already heard enough stories from his older brother Jacob Dragonclaw and this just increased Axyen's dislike for the subject. Sure he'd love to try out potions, he'd love to study their effects, but it was not about the potions, it was about the process in making them.
He didn't know how he would not create and explosion or worse in the class, he could only hope he had something too copy off of, or like a list of how to make potions, yeah, that'd be great, wonderful. Axyen slightly paced, though waiting on Addie Richards, maybe she could help him with some potions? It was bad enough he was worrying and he hadn't even stepped a foot inside the classroom. Perhaps Jacob could buy something from the joke shop, what was the name of it again? He silently thought to himself, that'd be a great way to try and skip class. But to his dismay, he didn't buy any. He would have to wait and see... just wait and see....

Potions and Worries
@Axyen Dragonclaw
Addie slowly dragged her feet toward the Potions Classroom. She was not very hyped for this class even if there was a possibility that she would be good at it. Her older sister, Charlotte Richards, made it even worse. She had described it as, “Utterly Painfully! I’ll never step foot in that classroom again!”
Then again her sister was very over dramatic.
As she neared the classroom, she saw Axyen standing there. He was clearly not excited for this class either, he looked utterly nervous.
The poor guy looks like this is the worst thing that’s ever gonna happen to him, She thought to herself.
Her pace quickened, as she rushed over to him. She waved at him quickly and peeked into the classroom. She could see why he was nervous, this didn’t look like his type of class. She looked at him and pushed up her glasses. She made a quick fix to her robes and gave him a grin.
“Are you mentally ready for this class?” She asked, “You don’t look like it.” She quickly muttered.
She turned and peered back into the Potions class and started to look around. It was just as her sister had described.

[[OOC - I will begin working on the homework for Potions.]]
Axyen noticed Addie approaching, she didn't look excited for this class either. Though only some people would love this class, actually, perhaps a lot. Just don't have a heart attack when you step in. Axyen mentally told himself.
When Addie waved at him Axyen waved back and smiled despite this probably being the worst part of the day. "Are you mentally ready for this class? You don't look like it." Addie said, Axyen supposed he was in a hopeless situation.
It wasn't hard imagining all the things that could go wrong. Explosions, perhaps dying was more likely as soon as he drunk whatever poor excuse of a potion he made. "I'll... Axyen thought of whatever first came to his mind. "I'll... try not to die." Axyen mentally did a face-palm, that was the dumbest thing he said yet, though not entirely off-track. That wasn't the point.
"Well... we should probably enter the worst- I mean- We should probably enter the classroom." Axyen didn't think it was wise to speak his mind, just keep whatever he hated to himself. "The last thing I want to do... is be on the professor's bad side, you know, for being late." Axyen said. Having a professor of his least favorite subject disliking him would make things worst for him. He'd probably collapse on the spot. Axyen finally opened the door, he momentarily stopped breathing.
"..." Axyen said nothing, before gaining his breath again, he didn't show it, but maybe his movements were more... loose. Like he was about to collapse. Perhaps his fear of potions, thanks to his brother was getting the better of him. "It can't be that bad.." Axyen silently told himself as he took his seat.
He looked towards the professor and class was about to begin. He was now looked like someone who was about to go through the worst moment of their life, and perhaps it could be- No Axyen, that'd make things worst thinking that.

Addie looked back at him as he said, “Well... we should probably enter the worst- I mean- We should probably enter the classroom. The last thing I want to do... is be on the professor's bad side, you know, for being late.”
Addie smiled. “You’re right. Charlotte would say that it is ‘Bad Luck!’.”
Addie chuckled and looked back into the classroom. She spotted the professor.
She looks super nice, not as bad as I though She thinks to herself.
She shuffles from foot to foot as she waits for something to come to her mind. Her glasses started to slip down her nose and she pushed them up.
“I guess once I master the repair spell I can fix my glasses,” she said jokingly.
She shoved her hands in her pocket to make sure she had everything.
Diary, Wand, Quill, Extra Glasses and Book, she said in her mind checking to make sure she had everything.
“Soooo…. are you ready for class or would you like to mentally prepare?” She asked.
She looked down at her feet, covered in perfectly black shoes. Her mother would tell her,
‘Don’t ruin them, their brand new’
Addie smiled, her mother would be right she wouldn’t want to ruin them. They were brand new.

[[OOC - No problem, I've been pretty busy today, but now all of that is out of the way, but I've mostly was offline. By the way, do you know how to buy chocolate frogs?]]
Axyen kinda just stood there he looked towards where he wanted to sit. There was no spot where the professor couldn't see him. That added a sense of discomfort for Axyen. He kinda just looked around, looking through the shelves. It was in the dungeons, which was fitting to Axyen. For the worst class, it definitely fits the mood. Axyen thought. As long as he kept thoughts like that to himself he can't possibly get in trouble... right?
Unless I blow something up then I should be good. Actually I could die, man my brother wasn't joking, this place isn't ideal for anything... unless you're trying to... hide something... Axyen thought. This dungeon as a whole would be a great place to hide something. He thought of all the secrets he could hide in this classroom.
"You're right. Charlotte would say that it is 'Bad Luck!'." Addie said.
"Everything about this class is bad luck..." Axyen silently muttered. Axyen finally looked towards the professor. This is the professor? Didn't my brother say it was an old, grumpy, strict, unfair, man? Axyen thought. Axyen had to remember his brother was the type to make up certain parts of the story, but this professor could still be strict, rude, or unfair. Axyen thought. He'd give the classroom a try first and see how things turned out.
Addie's glasses proceeds to slip and Addie pushes them up before saying "I guess once I master the repair spell I can fix my glasses," Addie joked. "Perhaps I can continue practicing the feet-dancing spell for more pranking methods." Axyen said, he just needed someone to do it on...
"Soooo.... are you ready for class or would you like to mentally prepare?" Addie asked. "I doubt class will freeze up and take some pity on me. I just won't try to die or something." Axyen said. It was the first potion class, so Axyen could hope it'd be introductions and not brewing a potion. Axyen would probably faint, well maybe not. But he'd certainly be scared, everything to avoid brewing, but that wasn't possible. He'd try to brave through it, maybe this is why he wasn't in Gryffindor.
Axyen finally got seated as class was about to begin. He brought everything he could think of for potions and was confident enough to bring his textbook, or perhaps it was out of fear, who knew? He'd probably need it either way anyways.

Addie looked up from her feet and smiled. She sat down right next to Axyen, since he was the only person she knew there. She saw him pull out his textbook so she did too. Addie dug into her pocket and pulled it out.
Glad I brought it then, she thought, smiling to herself.
Addie had been taught to be prepared and always came like that.
She looked back at the professor and then remembered something.
I thought Charlotte and James said the professor was an old, grumpy man. Unless it’s a spell I’m not sure we had the same professor. Then again they did attend Hogwarts two years ago.
Addie shrugged, she wondered what Axyen’s older brother he had talked about had as a professor. If he had the same one then maybe his brother knew Charlotte and James.
I highly doubt that though. Ugh maybe I should pay attention. I’m usually on top of stuff like this! She thought harshly to herself.
Addie started to flip through the Potions book. She slightly payed attention and was slightly not. The book interested her and she would probably memorize it. Only if she read it enough, suddenly this class didn’t seem too bad.

[[OOC - I checked a ton of shops, but I couldn't find it.]]
Axyen began to question his older brother, Axyen found it strange that his older brother happened to have a ton of adventures, but perhaps it was being here himself that got him questioning his older brother's stories. The professor started once everyone was seated.
Axyen looked up in fear, but once he heard that they weren't brewing anything, he had a sigh of relief, he expected everything to go wrong, but today was his lucky day he supposed. He still took notes however, he didn't want to mess up. He was writing the classroom rules as the professor talked, perhaps it was Axyen's relatively messy handwriting(which he could still read) that allowed him to write with such speed as the professor talked.
Axyen thought that the professor wasn't bad at all, Axyen would perhaps have a chat with Jacob later in the summer, or perhaps he could write an owl angrily confronting Jacob on his lies. Axyen wondered why Jacob hadn't been straight-forward with Axyen to begin with, so much of this could've been prevented if only Jacob had told the truth. Axyen continued to write notes while he was deep in thought about the lies. He wondered what class they would attend next, it'd probably be best to discuss it with Addie after class.
Axyen proceeded to wonder if he perhaps worried too much, like usual. Maybe he should just relax and just write notes and everything should go smoothly, suddenly, he forgot how gloomy-looking the classroom looked. He was focusing on keeping up with his notes to worry about how bad potions might be. It was probably better like that anyways.

Potions and Worries
@Axyen Dragonclaw
Addie saw Axyen take notes and thought it was quite the idea. She stuck her hand into her pocket and pulled out her diary and quill. Her quill was not the boring kind though it was yellow and decorated with black stones. She quickly scribbled down notes, simple ones like the rules and other important things. Even writing fast her handwriting was neat and curly. It curled up and around the page like a beautiful font on a muggle phone. She had been taught that way in school and found it a valuable lesson.
Addie was interested in what Axyen’s brother had to say about the professor, so she pulled a piece of paper out of diary. She started to decorate it like it was an official owl she was sending.
In her neatest handwriting she wrote, Dear Axyen, I was just wondering if your older brother happened to describe the professor like so: Old, Strict and Cranky. That’s how my sister and brother described him.
She passed him the note quietly and quickly just as she had done with Runi. She acted as like nothing had happened and continued to scribble down notes once more. She was kinda tired and her hand hurt, but she didn’t mind.

Potions and Worries
@Addie Richards
[[OOC - Alright, thanks!]]
Soon, professor Regan was going over Cure for Boils. Axyen was hastily writing in messy handwriting, about effects of the potion. He found potions interesting, which was surprising to him. Perhaps he was just following in his brother's footsteps, but potions wasn't bad at all, it seemed simple enough.
Axyen noticed Addie passed a note to him, Dear Axyen, I was just wondering if your older brother happened to describe the professor like so: Old, strict, and cranky. That's how my sister and brother described him. Axyen pretended to write some notes but instead wrote:
Dear Addie,
my brother did indeed describe the professor as such... though I assumed it was just him trying to make the story sound interesting...
Axyen proceeded to casually slide the note towards Addie before he played it off by writing more actual notes about the next potion professor Regan showed: Forgetfulness potion. Axyen wrote the notes down and though of how nice it'd be to drink some after a rough and sad night, he would never remember a thing, not even drinking it. Maybe there'd be consequences, but he'd deal with them later, but that was a huge if.
Axyen noticed how neat Addie's handwriting was compared to his(from the note she passed to him). He thought about if it would be beneficial to practice his handwriting, but decided against it because he still could read what he was writing.. Well, neater handwriting would not take as much room... Axyen thought, making an excuse to practice, perhaps out of insecurity. He wondered if Addie would be able to comprehend what he wrote or if it was too messy to read for her.
He noticed the professor move on to the final potion, Herbicide. Axyen wrote down the notes, but thought about how he'd stay up longer than usual to practice his handwriting, perhaps it'd be for the better and for people to read it easier. Sounds like a plan. Axyen thought. He proceeded to write down notes thinking about this. Maybe if he paid better attention and took his handwriting more seriously, he could write better notes.

Addie pretend not to see the note to play it causal. Muggle teachers all ways looked for note passers, Addie had picked up on this. The note passers were often caught because they all ways had a slightly nervous face on and made it too obvious.
Addie soon picked up the note and unfolded it into the palm of her hand. She looked up to she if the professor was looking, (they weren’t). She flipped the note over and looked confident, like she just wrote down the perfect note. In her neatest handwriting (again), she wrote: I wonder if they all had the same classes. My brother and sister are 19 just got out of Hogwarts two years ago.
Before passing it she signed her name in her perfect signature: Addie Richards
She then casually passed the note. She was doing a bored pose, where the person had there had scrunched up on their face and the other out stretched. She was a good actor, she often participated in the Muggle school’s musicals. She also happened to be great at singing.
She then came back into her normal position nodding her head at the professor to show understanding. Addie smiled.
