To whomever receives this letter,
Hello. My name is Sabrina and I’m a student at Castelobruxo. I recently decided to write a letter and send it off to another school of magic. It seems at you have received this letter. I will start by telling you a bit about myself. As I said, my name is Sabrina. My home is in a small town in Bolivia. I have two siblings, one older sister and a little brother. I am a first year. I know that it may seem odd that suddenly you are receiving this letter but I feel the need to know more people outside of my school. I look forward to hearing from you should you choose to write back. Before I seal this letter I should tell you that if I feel we would not get along and have little in common, I will stop writing to you.
Sinceramente y adiós por ahora, Sincerely and goodbye for now,
Sabrina

Dear Sabrina,
Hello! My name is Achille, and I am the person who received your letter. I live in a suburb in France, and I am an only child. Like you, I am also a first year. However, my knowledge of magic and the wizarding world is rather limited, as I grew up with no knowledge of it. I suppose that would be because both my biological and adoptive parents are muggles, as non-wizards have apparently been deemed. If you ask me, the term is rather unflattering, but I suppose it is better than some of the alternatives I've heard people whisper in the corridors.
sincere regards,

@Rhys ReadHello Achille!
What is France like? My knowledge of the world is limited to Bolivia and Castelobruxo. You’re lucky to be an only child! I can only imagine what the world would be like with no siblings to bother me! I am a half-blood and both of my siblings are muggles like my mother. That makes me the only magical child and it also gives me a connection to my father. What are your hobbies?
Sinceramente y adiós por ahora,sincerely and good bye for now,
Sabrina

Dear Sabrina,
Ah, that's cool! What's Bolivia like?
Hmm, France is... French?
To be honest, it's hard to explain it. I guess it's more or less like the movies and books, but not everyone speaks only French, and there's not always twins with handlebar mustaches biking around on tandem bicycles, haha. But I live in a smaller city, so maybe that's why. A lot of the time, Paris is the main setting for basically any book or movie that takes place in France, or includes France as a setting.
And... sometimes I envy those that have brothers and sisters. Well, perhaps more those with brothers rather than sisters. I'm outnumbered at home by both of my mothers (both muggles, like my biological parents-- I'm still getting a hand at this magic thing.) and sometimes I wish that I had someone other than them to spend time with, growing up. But acceptance into Beauxbatons helped some, I suppose, since now I've made a few friends.
As for hobbies, I enjoy reading. Since I'm named after a Greek hero, I've read a lot of Greek myth stories, specifically the Iliad and the Odyssey. Suffice to say, I've also read a lot of Greek-mythology inspired fiction, and I'm definitely a bit of a nerd when it comes to the lore behind a lot of those myths.
What about you? What do you enjoy?
sincere regards,
Reducio

@Rhys ReadAchille,
I live in a small area in Bolivia. My family doesn’t have many neighbors and our home is peaceful which I guess is nice. Less people to bother us. I know very little about France so your description is fascinating. I understand your jealousy but my guess is that you wouldn’t wish for siblings if you ever met mine. My older sister, Catrina, is… well to say the least she is bossy and likes being in charge. We don’t get along very well. My little brother, Luis, is much more soft spoken than Catrina and I. As far as we know he is a muggle but there is still a chance of him being a wizard like my father. Part of me wishes he is a wizard so him and I would have a connection like I do with my father. I like reading too but I don’t know much about Greek mythology. I mostly stick to muggle fantasy stories because they are interesting to read and see what they have to say about magic. I like to walk around my home in Bolivia to see the beautiful landscapes. What is your school like?
Sinceramente y adiós por ahora, sincerely and good bye for now,
Sabrina
