Even though it hadn't been his idea to hold a game like this, he was glad he'd decided to take over. Everyone seemed to have had fun with the game and it had taken his mind off other things for a short period of time. Win-win. As the players gathered together again and started to disperse, Kim was about to do so too when Bailey came over to him. He looked over at the girl and made a face at her words. "Eh, it's sometime next year." Kim told her, inadvertently telling her that she had already missed it, but not elaborating more. "I don't like celebrating it as it's not anything important to me." The orange haired teen told her.... He tried to ignore further chatter about the subject, although it was hard to do. Thankfully, eventually they reached the castle and Kim headed up the stairs towards Gryffindor tower. After all, he needed to change into his school robes for the last class of the afternoon. Plus, Puffie probably wanted a treat before class started too. "I'll see you around, Bailey." Kim told her with a nod and then excused himself from the girl's presence. And off the boy went to finish the rest of his day, trying not to think about any of his troubles. Puffie continued to ride on his shoulder. After all, that was his designated spot and he wouldn't let anyone take it from him! |

Bailey thought that the game of hide and seek had gone really well, even though she had not won. She was a little disappointed about not winning, but bailey's competitive side had kinda been worn out when she had competed for the championship, in taekwondo. that had been years ago, but she really was not very competitive anymore.
Bailey went over to kim, and after she asked a stream of questions, she looked over at him just in time to see him make a face at her words.
he mentioned that it would be next year -and bailey's mind went aaha!!!!! so it already passed... so in the spring or early summer.... Kim made it clear that he did not want his birthday to be celebrated, but bailey was determined to do something, even if it was just the two of them.
"ok.... byee kim!!" she said, watching him walk off. She stood there for a moment, just watching. Internally, she was a mess of chaotic thoughts.
what is his birthday... what is his DEAL!!! why can he throw me an entire surprise birthday party, and yet i can't even know his birthday? kimmmmm you are gonna be the death of me
Bailey sighed, making her way up to the castle, and she muttered under her breath "kim.... you're gonna be the death of me....... i love you dude but come on....."
Of course bailey meant love him as a friend, a close friend, a best friend would love another friend, but later bailey would be glad no one heard her.
