Azrael is in a bad mood
Do. Not. BLUSH. Azrael I swear to Merlin if you blush, too late. "I could see us traveling the world and documenting creatures unknown to everyone. They'd call us Les puissants lapins des neiges.", I said before giggling like I was 4 years old again.
I. Freaking. GIGGLED. Like one of those girls that melt at the sight of a boy, like Cordelia. Ugh Cordelia my wretched cousin who loves boys more then her own family, last I heard she was heartbroken by her ex American Veela. Serves her right for disrespecting her own blood for a boy.
He tried to use his allure on me and let's just say he left with an 80 percent chance of having children. I could've hit him harder but I held back.
"Why do you think Hogwarts uses Owls instead of Ravens: the smarter bird or perhaps Doves: the more social bird?", it's something that has been bugging me for a while now. Why Owls? Sure they're adorable but what do they have that Ravens or Doves don't. They have intelligent eyes but so does Near and he's more of a Raven.
"Pourquoi suis-je si petit? Better yet, pourquoi es-tu si grand petit lapin?", I said slightly frustrated about my short stature and his tall stature.

opened his mouth, then laughed, grabbing a slight piece of parchment and smoothing it out, taking out a quill. "That was more French, right? C-can you spell it for me..?" He laughed, half joking, as a slight blush spreads across his face. I recognize Petit, thats Small, right? Gosh...They're so smart....if only they could give me French lessons....I feel with their help I could be fluent by the end of the school year...
He abandoned the piece of parchment, smiling softly as he sat back up on the desk he was originally at, his books long forgotten, just like the rest of his day. "I'm so curious...what is your reasoning for those specific careers? I think- I mean- um- I think you could be good at everything-" The last part was very quiet, as he became flustered once more, his white hair hiding his eyes slightly, as his blush got slightly less faint. could you literally be more obvious right now? Honestly...you're so pathetic- you don't even deserve to be having a conversation with someone as amazing as them...
He couldn't remember the last time he had this long of a conversation with someone, let alone kept mostly eye contact, and exchanged words back and forth, alone in a room with them. Almost never. This was as rare as him graduating Hogwarts due to Quidditch Playing!

Azrael is in a bad mood
"Healer because I prefer healing spells to others, Auror because I've always liked the idea of being able to protect myself and others, Business Owner because I've always wanted to start my own business, and a Cursebreaker because I've always wanted to become famous for my magical capabilities.", I explained happy that he asked me why I chose those exact jobs. I decided to tell him why I'm fluent in the language of love.
"My parents were really busy when I was younger, so they sent me to my grandmother Zinnia the non-prejudice one. She lives in France with my older half-sister, I practically grew up in France from ages 2 to 8. In hindsight, it may seem a bit negligent and depressing but they just didn't have time for me because they were working."
I cleared my throat before starting to draw a picture of Near, I am by no means an artist but this is better than I expected. The details are a little sloppy because of my shaking hands but it still looks good, I was mostly focusing on his hair that was the hardest part.
His features were pretty hard as well, I had to draw his high cheekbones but I also had to focus on his eyes. His eyelashes had a way of framing his eyes perfectly.

Azrael is in a bad mood
He nodded softly. Those careers do seem the perfect fit for them, although becoming famous for magical talents would be a difficult life to live...to say the least. "That makes a lot of sense, now that I have really thought about it much. You would fit each of those roles beautifully." He smiles softly once more. He has never smiled at someone so much in his entire life. No wonder Snow was different.
He listened raptly to their story, to their childhood. This is very Private....they must be trusting me a lot with this information. Their parents.....they should have payed more attention to their child. They have so much potential and beautiful talent. They were missing out.
He held still, as his friend began to sketch him, a hobby that he frequently practiced on. He stares at them shyly. Whenever he was around them he couldn't help but smile. They were so easy to smile at!
As the drawing was done, he tilted his head to the side, scrunching up his nose. "It's....It's perfect." He chuckles softly, admiring the artwork. It looked almost exactly like himself, and he was truly in awe of Azreal's skills. They are as good as an actual artist! I could definitely take several tips from them.....they are already teaching me so much about everything....it is truly admirable. He flushed slightly, smiling as he continued admiring the sketch. "How beautiful...You really do make me seem like more than a regular student." He laughs. "Perhaps, one day, we could help each other draw beautiful things." who am I kidding- I feel completely unworthy to be talking to someone like Snow. They are beautiful in every way.

I smiled at Near's words, "Thank you Near, perhaps one day you can show me your skills at drawing." I have never felt so understood and so alike to someone....Perhaps I just needed to find Near.
"Hey, would you like to go to a muggle thrift store with me? It will be very fun, I promise." I said excitedly while beaming. I hope he says yes because, I really want to go to muggle thrift shopping with him.
"I-I know it's a random question so please don't say yes if you feel pressured." I really don't want him to feel as if he has to go with me, I want him to go with me if he absolutely wants to.
I study his beautiful crimson eyes as soon as we make eye contact, I can't get a read on him so I just look at his eyes. His gaze is soft but kind of intimidating so I look away in hopes of making him feel comfortable and hoping he doesn't see me blushing.
Near is a wonderful person, I don't deserve him and his kind words. He makes me feel happy, more than I'd been in years. "Near Rein....You are way too pure for this world."
