Paneer Butter Masala is an incredibly rich and thick dish that I absolutely adore. My grandmother makes it for me - and sometimes, she replaces the paneer with chicken and it's also very good. It's got a thick, creamy sauce that I really enjoy eating with plain rice! It also has paneer in it (or chicken, I suppose, if you replace it) and I love paneer (I mean, who doesn't, am I right?). If you don't already know - paneer is cheese and it's glorious. It's soft on the inside but also can be slightly crispy on the outside sometimes and that is a pretty great combination. At least, I like it to be a bit crispy. My gran said it should be soft!

The dish smells incredible, just thinking about it is making me hungry and drooling slightly. I do miss her cooking when I'm at Hogwarts - they really lack when it comes to Indian cuisine. People often also add coriander leaves onto the top of the dish, like, as garnishing or something and I think that really enhances the flavour of it. I have discovered that I also really like cardamom, garlic and ginger and these are things that are apparently in it!

Status: Completed | Credits: I really struggled with this one and am so proud of how it turned out. I owe that to the credits + inspiration - This PicCrew image is where I referenced the rat and was inspired to create these aesthetics. I used a similar style to "Draw So Cute" on youtube (didn't watch the video but this image inspired the style). | Notes: As this is her "witchsona", I went with what she would like it to be by seventh year/end of. This isn't her current look but maybe one day!

OTHER - 5. A magical item (can be made up)

What is it: A made-up item that essentially is a large desk item that professors would speak into and anything said would magically echo throughout the entire castle of Hogwarts for announcements and such. Small handheld versions can be attuned to it where if people speak in the smaller ones, it can be heard on the larger one only.

OTHER - 6. Herbology or plants
Status: Completed | Credits: I'm a beginner at embroidery so I used a kit to try and do this little plant coming out of a vase. It's still a bit in progress and needs to be washed to get finished but close enough!

OTHER - 7. Make up your own potion
Status: Completed | Notes: Not sure how easy this is to read but it's an Unicorn Potion that turns the consumer into an Unicorn for 24 hours. Real hair grows as soon as it is corked (which turns into a horn-shaped cork cap as soon as it is bottled too) so it can be used as a way for wandmakers to also get some unicorn hair. In terms of the description, it's the colour and glittery effect.

OTHER - 8. Wardrobe inspiration for a ball outfit
Status: Completed | Notes: So I don't know if Serena will be going to the ball or not and if she does, she'll just wear something random. However, I designed this as though she actually had a date to the ball and was happy to be there!

OTHER - 9. Summer camp
Status: Completed | Credits: Referenced this image when creating this. Notes: I was trying to think of what I associated with summer camp for a while before realising it's games, so I picked my favourite OOC game to play. I'm pleased with how it came out as I've not used fabric paint before. Definitely will be making some more things soon.

Status: Completed
Credits: Recipe is from Gits' Kulfi Dessert Mix packets, using one.

RECIPE:
1. Mix the content of the packet with lukewarm milk.
2. Bring the water to boil.
3. Simmer for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
4. Cool the mix.
5. Pour into kulfi or ice cream molds.
6. Freeze it!
