The hufflepuff first year walked into the history of magic classroom, pretty tired and not wanting to be there. He would much rather be asleep in his dorm room bed. Sadly he had to be here. He had his satchel draped over his shoulder and slumped into a chair next to a first year, naturally, Slytherin.
With a sigh he grabbed out his parchment, ink, and quill. All for notes. His quill was a crow feather one that his father and mother had sent over for the year, and he used it all the time. He scribbled his notes onto the parchment, he really was scribbling. Not bothering on if his handwriting was good in this moment. He even did a small sketch in the corner of the page, one of an owl. His owl.
He wasn't paying much attention at all to the girl in the seat next to him. As he was going to dip his quill in the ink for round to, his hand slipped. The ink was quickly spilling. André, being half asleep had a delayed reaction. "Aww Crap!! Im so sorry!!!" now aware of the situation at hand he picked up the ink well. But the damage had been done, The black ink was all over her notes, Obscuring it. Making it pretty hard to read. It took every bone in his body not to make a joke, as he could tell it definitely would not help him at all.

Ink, Quills and rude people
@André Lebedev
Mentioning: Asher Blackjack
Ahead of time is way better than behind it. As a matter of course, Adya made it to class earlier than many others. If there's something that Adya takes pride in, it's being punctual to classes. Paying attention to the professor and taking down notes during class is another thing.
Usually, in the other classes she would wish the professor would skip the boring theory part. Especially, The history of magic, the one class that is dominated by theory. For various reasons, she's not fond of doing her homework. One among them was the quill and ink.
All this year, after getting used to the pencil and pen, now switching to quill seemed to be the most difficult part of being here. Not to mention, she's dissatisfied with her handwriting these days. It was all because she's a muggle born. If not, she'd have mastered the art of writing with a quill.
Adya was riffling through her notebook lazily. Her other elbow supported her chin as her eyes were fixed on the blackboard, absent-mindedly. The corner of her lip twisted into a slight smile. Everything else around her blurred as she wondered about Asher, the Gryffindor she recently met in the library.
The young girl was aware that she has company but not really paying attention to the details during her daydreaming session. "No problem" still smiling at the board, Adya gave him the typical reply. Her hands suddenly felt watery.
Her eyes moved quickly to find out her classwork soaking with ink. "What the f- heck!", Adya directed a death stare at the idiotic Hufflepuff. Her heart flooded with immediate hate towards the damn boy and her eyes spoke it.
"Clear. It. Before. I. Choke. You- Immediately!" her voice laced with bile as she uttered every single word, finishing her sentence with a rough edge. All her hard work went in vain. That is unacceptable! Her inked hand fisted tightly that slightly trembled.

At first it seemed as if she didn't mind with her 'no problem' statement. But that very soon changed. Perhaps she was just as tired as he was or something. The girls mood had changed so much. That didn't help the guilt the boy was feeling.
He was stunned. Honestly. He caught that she almost cursed. "It I'm so sorry! It was an accident. I didn't mean to" What else could he say? He didn't know what to do! She must not have either.
Her threat definitely didn't help anything or anyone. "Choke me!?" He wished he was a turtle. To hide away in his shell. Or a bird to fly away. He looked at the parchment. Hers, and his own. Not knowing what else to do, and hoping to disturb class as little as possible, "I can give you my notes? Its- its the best I can do[/b]" looking everywhere but the fiery Slytherins gaze.
There were so many. so many. Other places André would rather be. Daigon Ally, His house, his common room, the bathroom, anywhere that wasn't this room. Either he was really in the wrong. Or she was overly mad. Bad day? Maybe. The boys mind was racing with questions, and different scenarios of how things could turn out.
