From the people Kim expected to come, it's already done.
But if just a few people enter, he'll give them their audition too.
I believe both Damion and you are the only ones to join so both of you can post your audition posts now! All you need to do is say you came late etc... or happened to stumble upon the place etc...

Update: Tri-Cook Club is still taking new members!
Soon, I will be ending the first 'meeting' which is essentially 'auditions'.
Once I do this, I will send out owls to let you know your star pin-patch rank.
I was running behind for awhile, so I apologize for the delay in this.
Once I finish/close the current thread and send out the owls, give me a few days and I will set up the first official club meeting for us all! Can't wait to see you all there!

I sent out owls for those in the previous thread with their ranks and am about to set up our first official meeting (will probably get it up tomorrow or the next day for sure). For those newcomers, since I already did the audition thread with the others and it's now closed, I'll do something different for you two specifically. As just 2 new people isn't enough to hold a mini auditions thread.
@Kiana Nakamura and @Duvessa Ember, please send me an owl for your audition. It can be however short or long you wish. In the owl please state what dish you are making, the name of it, and the process for making it. You can include a recipe if you want but it's not necessary as long as you include what I stated above. This is to serve as your signature dish that you are making for your audition. We will pretend that you met Kim for a private audition but won't actually create a thread for this.
Once I get your owl, I will decide on your star pin-patch rank and send you your star pin-patch via owl for your character to wear at every meeting from then on. Once I set up the new thread, when you join/post, please remember to IC be wearing your star pin-patch to all meetings.
PS: We have an OOC chat for the club, please make use of it, it's collecting dust!!!!
