With a heavy sigh Ritsu collapsed into a chair in the outdoor seating of the ice cream parlor. All the bags full of the things required sat on the left and right of the chair he was sitting at. He was Exhausted. All the shopping... All the people... It was, well a lot!

He missed Tokyo. London way so far away from what he was used to. In distance and the just general vibe. Soon after sitting down, one of the workers came to take his order. It was very simple, "A strawberry-" Damn it. he probably doesn't speak Japanese. "Sorry about that, ill have a berry Delight. Strawberry one please" The soon to be Mahoutokoro student continued in English. A language he hardly spoke.

At least not as often as Japanese. Not many chances to talk in English. The worker smiled and walked off with Ritsu order. As he sat he wonder if there were any other people for different schools here. Or if he were the only one. I he were that would be fine. He just wouldn’t know any wizards or witches his age before school.

He looked around at all the people there with their family’s and siblings. Ritsu’s own dad was at the leaky cauldron, only because he wanted to shop by himself. He sighed shooing was pretty boring…

Heart leaping as she saw a very familiar, fancy sign "Florean Fortescue's Ice Cream Parlour" she walked in brightly. Angelique Selemine always adored ice-cream, and this day was no exception. So, heart singing through the sunny streets in Diagon Alley, she paused for a break of her shopping. Books; bought. Uniform; bought. Snacks; Nope, not yet. Ice Cream; check.

She walked in to the shop (her parents were probably bartering with the Leaky Cauldron owner about the price of the cakes, although it was hard to convince Angelique to shop alone, as she had been slightly attached to her mother) so she walked in slightly more nervous as she thought about it.

However, she braved slightly and even managed to smile. What on earth could happen?

She saw a boy about her age ordering something from a polite waiter, and she waited until her came over to.
"Er..." She wondered, her favorite flavor had always been vanilla and berries....aha, strawberry seemed nice - but today she decided to go for vanilla, "I'll have a vanilla, please. Thank you." She bobbed a courtsey (parents were strict with manners) and then looked around to find a place. In the whole crowded shop she suddenly felt alone.

He was pretty bored, not much to do all at. People watching got boring soon as well. There was one girl... Blond, blue-ish green-ish eyes, He couldn't tell how tall she was. Did she have a place to sit? The place was pretty full. The boy looked at the open seat in front of him, the back at the girl, and then the seat.

With a quick decision he stood up and walked over to her. "Umm Excuse me?" his sorry attempt to get her attention. "I'm not sure if you have a seat to sit at or not, but if you would like to sit." he Paused very briefly thinking about what he should say next. "I have an open seat in front of me that's not currently being used. I-if you want" He darted his eyes to the ground.

Ritsu definitely wasn't used to this.. Inviting someone he didn't know to sit with him. He was raised to be nice and polite though, so he did what he thought his father would consider kind. He looked back at his chair bags all around it. He hoped that the girl would realize that's we're he was sitting. To save a bit of time if she agreed.

Suddenly, a boy about her height came over to her. She looked up at him as he approached, and wondered what on earth he was going to ask. He politely asked if Angelique could sit with him, if there was no room left. She smiled at him, surprised at his good manners.
"Why, thank you." She said, "I was thinking of where to sit actually." She moved towards his table, and began thinking if she should introduce herself.
"I'm Angelique, Angelique Selemine. What about you?" She asked, and at that moment began to think that he was not a student from Koldovstoretz. What school would he be in, then? A tingle of excitment ran through her as she imagined all kinds of schools.

Hogwarts? Could it be the English school? Or more exciting, Durmstrang? Most people thought that Russians went there, but no, that was certainly not very true. If yes, then she would be there! Her mind shifted, picturing different schools. What would her parents think if she met someone else? She sighed in delight. Her cheery soul was very much content to meet new people, especially as she made a correspondence with a student from Beauxbatons, the French school. Really, their seemed to be an awful lot of them!

Yes! He didn't get up for nothing but an awkward moment! That was great, She did need a place ago sit. He smiled at her. "Great! I'm sitting just over there." he pointed, rather then his previous glance. To make it more obvious were he was sitting.

The boy chose to sit down in his seat before he introduced himself, just so the whole conversation wasn't spoken standing. He learned that her name was Angelique Selemine. A very nice name. "Its nice to meet you Angelique, to answer your question. My names Ritsu Okazaki" He responded with a kind smile.

He looked around the parlor seeing if his ice cream was on its way, the boys eyes scanned for any sign of the waiter. To no success. It was a tad sad, he was sure it would be delicious. To keep his mind off the sweet he would ask a few questions. "soo... Are you excited for school? I'm assuming your a wizard, hogwarts student?" perhaps she was like him. A foreign student here to merely get there school supplies. There was always the less likely Scenario, that she was a squib that had to come here while there family ran errands or shoped.

He introduced himself, and Angelique smiled yet again.
"Nice name, Ritsu." She said politely. As he remarked that she probably was a Hogwarts student looking for supplies, the blond haired witch replied quickly.
"Oh no, not in Hogwarts. I'm from Koldovstoretz, and travelling here to dance in the show. Have a main act." She said it casually, but inside she was whizzing with excitement. She would be onstage, and after practising all summer, perfecting her double flips and bending in every way possible, she felt that she could finally do it with no fear.
"My parents let me have a stroll here to get my nerves down before tomorrow. Have an ice-cream and maybe find a few books to read. But I still am nervous." She admitted, blushing slightly. "What about you, what school do you go to?" She asked curiously, not wanting to say that it was probably Hogwarts too.

Her thoughts shifted to her pet kitty, who was kept at home. Luckily Sofie was always happy to cat-sit her so Popcorn was probably now rolling around in the sand and not letting Sofie do anything but gaze at the little cheeky kitten.She wondered if Ritsu also owned a pet - they were always so cute!

A smile found its way to Ritsu's lips once again, Not to soon far after Angelique he learned that she actually was not, from hogwarts as he thought. Like himself she was from a different Wizarding school, and a different place all together. "Oh! That's super amazing!! A main act right? You must be good then!" he complemented. Although he had never seen her act, He figured if she had to travel far, and was a main role. There was a very safe bet that she would be good.

"Nerves are normal, if you get nervous no one will put it against you. You know?" he shrugged, "I think even great wizards got nervous one point or another.." what comes around goes around. His question on were she went had come back, directed at him. When asked this he sat up more straight, trying to show his school pride. Or represent them well. "I will be going to Mahoutokoro, I'm really excited about going there! Its were my dad and mom went."

Even if he didn't know her that well, he hoped that going to the same school would bring them closer, as he was very close to his father already.
