There's effectively two options for Taizu. One, he is childlike until 5th year, but he has a normal and happy life, or two, he gets depressed and has to have friends try and help him.

Yeah you can create an iNPC even if you aren't part of a sport. But you can only create one when iNPC applications and updates are open. Lear or one of the staff members will list on the bulletin board when iNPC applications/updates are open.

^ I'll have Achille once he gets approved. none of the mod comments on my app mentioned anything about needing to be in a sport
it helps if you want to get house points and more stats, but you don't have to
