I think you can have Fearless and Terrible Presence right?
I know Fearless and Calming Presence don't work but I think those two should...

i just went with blindvision for my inpc because hes partially blind lol

Yep!! They work together :] iirc you can't have it with calming presence, charmer, something else??

With André I wouldn't ever consider it. For my iNPC I feel like it could work well!! With the plot I have in mind
