A New day! New adventure! {CLOSED}

Date: Wednesday March 15th 2023. Time: 5:00Pm

It was a frigid winter evening. Classes had finally came to a conclusion for the day. Many students moved instantaneously though the frigid courtyard. The wind being rather unfriendly howled whipping many of the students robes and hair with each and every breeze. Moving swiftly trying to avoid making contact with another student. Was a rather short red haired girl. Alana's hair whipped around her fair skin. The wind nipping at her face ever so roughly made insufficient red splotches on the young girls freckled covered face. Alana focused on trying to move through the crowd. Many smells filling the outside air. The crisp smell of winter wafted very thick in the air. Though March would be normally close to Spring. Today was one of those unpredictable days that Jack Frost decided to stay much, much longer then he was intended to. Alana felt a shiver down her spine due to the frigid air. Sighing quietly the young girl made her way to the corner of the courtyard. She felt there was no way she could keep pushing through the abounding amount of students. Alana stayed in her little corner leaning against the cool gothic brick of the schools walls. Her sea-foam blue eyes examined her surrounding greatly. Alana took in the scenery taking notes of everything going on. Though the young girl did not blame many of the younger and older students rushing off quickly, basically clambering around each other to rush off to where ever they were off to. Alana closed her eyes humming to herself, the young red haired girl leaned her curly mop of red hair against the stone wall. Her mind wandered off to her home town. Hasting's was similar to this amount of foot traffic. After all it was a large Seaside city so it did not surprise the young girl how much of a bustle this large school is. Alana opened her sea-foam blueish green eyes again examining her surroundings. The young girl breathed in the wintry air, though the slight sweet smell of spring wafted faintly though the air. Mainly the sweet flowery scent of fresh blooming flowers was over run by the smell of food from the Great hall seemed to lingered just slightly out towards the Courtyard. Among the smells were the smell of the trees that were still in bloom along with those bloom wafted through the thin air. Snapping out of her thoughts Alana took notice of her surroundings again noting that many students have already left leaving very few if anyone left behind. Stretching slightly Alana continued leaning against the wall her gaze looking upwards as the wind brushed against her fair skin. Her sea-foam blue eyes gazed at the clouds that glided by in a peaceful manner. Alana smiled slightly to herself as her red hair whipped around less aggressively this time around her face. Alana felt at peace at the moment she felt calm swelling inside her heart. Though she did wander what life at Hogwarts had in store for her. After all Alana wished to make more friends, but the young girl has just been to focused on her studies. Though an idea of new friendship always encouraged and enlightened the fiery red haired girl deeply. Closing her eyes again Alana rested against the frosty cold gothic brick wall. Wondering what her future years will be like. Along with all of her friends that she will meet along the way. The wind continued to harass the young red haired girl but less aggressively this time around. Her red hair dancing in the frosty cool air. Alana hummed quietly to herself enjoying the peace in the air after all it was no longer loud and bustling outdoors. The young girl could clearly hear the fluttering wings of the Owls gliding around and the occasional sound of students footsteps walking among the cool damp ground. Alana fell loss to the calming sounds and smells surrounding her in a peacefulness just relaxing against the wall her mind lost to her many thoughts.
