Nothing! Homework is optional.
Doing them gives you spells and potions earlier and also gives you HPs. If you don't do any, you still graduate. And then you can get all the spells and potions for free without doing the homework at the end of the year, you just have to make a post on the update trunk/ency form and say all the first year spells and potions (list them out) and say reason/proof is 'graduation'.
