Night Studies
30 December
It was late at night. She was in the dormitory packing her bag. A faint beam of light emanated from her wand. What she did might have been forbidden, but she had to do it because she needed to study. As she tried to remember where she had put her magic candle, she remembered that day with Gabriel. She thought I should act fast. She found her candle and broke away from these thoughts and put it in her bag. She left the common room
With the light in his wand, he cautiously entered the library. It was dark around. She carefully moved in the direction of the tables. She opened her bag and lit her candle. She extinguished the spell in her wand.
The candle was lightly illuminating the surroundings. She took out her books, parchment paper, quill pen and ink from her bag. I think I'm ready now, she thought. It was quieter than a normal library day.
She opened the cap of the ink box and dipped the quill pen. She opened her book and found the page she was on. She took her pen and began to write. She was used to the quiet environment by now.

Night Studies
Mateo was used to later nights, but it didn't always mean he enjoyed them. The travelling he had done a lot had gotten his body used to differing time zones and the irregularity of them.
This night, two weeks into his new job, he had been writing a letter home late at night in the gentle light of a candle, when he noticed another light not too far. Odd, it was quite far past curfew.
Stretching, he sighed and rose from his desk, making his way over to the light. There, he found a young girl scribbling on a piece of parchment, head down and focused on her work. With a sympathetic smile, he coughed slightly.
"Good evening, miss. Catching up on homework, are we?" He would crouch down to meet her closer, eye to eye. "As much as I appreciate your need to study and get this," he'd tap the parchment with his wand "completed, I can't have you wandering around school at all hours of the night. We adults need our sleep too, you know? So, I'm afraid I'll have to give you a detention for this. Come and find me at my desk tomorrow morning, I'll have something prepared for you then. In the meantime, get off to bed. And no more midnight wandering, ok? Else you'll be in even more trouble."
He'd smile once more at the girl, wait for her to leave, before returning to his desk.WC: 243| Interaction: @Pandora Smith

Night Studies
She was very focused on her lesson. She was startled when she heard a cough as she dipped his ink again and wrote. When she saw that it was Mateo Sáez, the new librarian, she knew she had been caught. She looked into his eyes and spoke in an apologetic tone.
"I'm sorry, sir. I just came because I wanted to study a little more."
When she heard that she was punished, she thought that it makes sense, and she gave it right. She nodded her head ok. She began to gather her things in silence. She collected her books and capped the ink bottle. She blew out her magic candle and left the library. She admitted that it was very strange.
She failed her class and, worse yet, was punished. She was thinking about this as she climbed the stairs. Why didn't I study in the common room, she thought. I couldn't help but wonder if I would be punished again if she was caught by another professor right now. Thinking about it, she moved faster.
When she finally reached the dormitory, she immediately threw herself onto the bed. She thought about what tomorrow would be like. She quickly fell asleep.
