HISTORY

Even before arriving to the great school of magic, Courtney O'Riley was a completely normal kid. From their lackluster home life- most of which they spent alone due to their mother constantly working, to their almost non-sociable personality they had at elementary school. Courtney was just 'normal'. There was nothing about her that stood out, nothing about her that was even remotely unique. Maybe she only had her mother around- but tons of kids only had one parent!
Courtney's relationship with her mother was decent. Whenever her mother, Polly, wasn't working (which was quite rare) she would try her best to bond with her daughter. Polly, being a muggle real-estate agent, made her and her daughter well-off. However, to Polly, wealth meant nothing. She wanted her daughter to live like other children would. But, unlike most children, Courtney loved to clean; she made sure the house was clean every day. Perhaps some of her interests was the first sign of her magic?
Courtney's love for cooking means it's one of her favorite hobbies. While cooking isn't necessarily the safest hobby, she still loves it dearly. When she isn't reading or playing video games, she cooks to entertain herself. One day, while she was cooking, she burnt herself. As she started to cry. she shuts her eyes. Once she opened her eyes, she fell back a bit. She was in shock, perhaps a bit from the burn, but mostly from the fact that the pot that she was cooking with, was completely frozen.
