History/Background Story: Azaiah grew up in the higher-classed civilian area, his father, Jason Morgos, runs an average-sized company specializing in computers. Due to his father’s business Azaiah is stuck home with a mother sick with cancer, and a younger sister at the age of 5. He usually is responsible for caring for his younger sister, Amya, and himself. He’s matured faster than most people because of his situation, but some of the burden is taken off his shoulders by his older brother, Amos, who moved to a new house and is in his 3rd year of college. His sister does have a magical affinity, and so does his brother, but the later dropped out of Hogwarts in his third year, choosing to live a mostly-normal civilian life, still mingling with the wizarding community here and there. His father isn’t as prominent in the wizarding community, and his mother, Miya Morgos, did used to go to Hogwarts. Azaiah still takes most of the responsibility for caring for his sickly mother and innocent little sister. He went to Muggle school before getting the invite to Hogwarts, and did know about the wizarding world. He’s never made friends, and was picked on for his bleached hair and pasty complexion. He got higher-then-average grades, and was close to the top of his class. His sister looks up to him, his brother is heir to the company, and his father still tries to drag him to board meetings with little success. He was diagnosed with insomnia at the age of eight, after his family estate was broken into by an escaped mental ward patient, who was once brought to court for killing his own family, and broke into Azaiah and his younger sister's rooms, kidnapped them, and brought them to an abandoned house where they were tortured for three days, his sister died in front of him after the first day and he was left alone to suffer for the other too, It caused him sever mental trauma afterwards, and on the third night the police finally found them and Azaiah was rushed to the hospital, coughing and hacking up blood from the punctured lung. He stayed at the hospital over a week, attending therapy with a couple other patients. He is still diagnosed with Insomnia and PTSD, Earl Grey is his Therapy cat, and the only thing that allows him to sleep without trauma-inducing nightmares.
When he was released, his father decided to take three days off to stay with his traumatized and recovering son. While sitting on the couch together, Azaiah awkwardly leaning into his father who, with equally awkwardness, wrapped an arm around Azaiah’s shoulder, he gently asked if his son needed anything, and, after a couple minutes of careful musing, he replied that he wanted a cat. He had always wanted one but never bothered to ask. The next day they decided to get a cat from Daigon Alley. He was grey, with silver points (paws, face & ears), with a white tail-tip and pale white eyes. They dubbed him Earl Grey, much to the feline’s bemusement. After that, Azaiah was often followed by the steely cat, which claimed the young wizard’s shoulder as a good spot to sleep. They stuck together, neither leaving the other’s side. He is still diagnosed with PTSD, and Insomnia along with it, usually Earl Grey is the one that comforts him(Being a registered Therapy cat), but due to Hogwarts Rules he cannot bring him, because of this he is unable to sleep and is often caught awake in the middle of the night after curfew.

Due to his, unique, circumstances he has adapted and created a 'mind palace' that allows him to store memories and information away in the form of a door, which is where he puts specific information. Though this isn't foolproof, sometimes, if he has a panic attack, his thoughts burst out of their metaphysical confines and wreak havoc on him, often causing flashbacks and erratic behavior. His 'mind palace' is simple, a long hallway with seemingly no end, lined with doors, some are steel, which means that he doesn't want to see them, and some are wooden, which he accesses with little difficulty. When he wants to store info away he zones out in a comfortable position, mostly a chair, and focuses on his mind, making him oblivious to reality around him (no there are no weird positions he sits in to access his 'inner self'.) This 'mind palace' allows him to be more mentally organized, and therefor, smarter, since he can access info at any time.
