| ─── | Eventually, the break was over.
As the next song was set up, Kim realized there were no parts to sing and as a singer he didn't have a role. But that didn't bother him much. He could just enjoy listening to the sound of everyone else. Sometimes it was nice to be passive and simply listen to the musical sounds being made. After the first playthrough, Charlie seemed to realize the singers had nothing to do for the song and tried to remedy it. Kim shook his head. "It's fine. I'm good with just listening to how things are being brought together." He told her, figuring that it made more sense to just let the others do their thing without him. They sounded decent.. However, if he stepped in to play something, just to have something to do, it might make it worse. Content to simply listen to those playing instruments, Kim nodded as the sounds tried to blend together. It wasn't perfect but it was better than the previous attempt had been. With enough practice, they'd probably be able to make it sound good! As Charlie signaled the end of their first meeting, Kim approached to speak to her. "So we should practice these songs on our own? Or should we practice new ones?" Kim asked... It was a logical question. If she had new songs in mind, it would better to give them to them now, that way they could practice. And when they met again, hopefully they would all be much better at it. Rather than getting the songs at the meeting and not having enough time to figure them out like what had happened this time. Practice made perfect. Kim waited for Charlie to respond to his words and then would head over to where he'd left his satchel and the cute pink puffball. Puffie squeaked upon seeing Kim come over to him and hopped over to press up against his hand affectionately. The boy picked up his food container and placed it into the satchel... Picking Puffie up, he set him on top of his shoulder, nodded to Bailey and then headed out of the room. |

Charlie was doing an amazing job leading the club, and bailey was very proud of her friend, and dorm mate. as they got started, bailey was actually surprised on how well everyone did. they were not great, per say, but they were not bad. No defiantly not bad!! bailey though happily and a little proudly. Glancing at kim she saw that he was not thinking the same as her. awww kim always the realist. have a little hope!!!
During the break bailey watched Kim with a smile, going over to his little pink puffball, Puffie.
Bailey was taking a drink of her water as she wondered about unhemming her pants, to make them longer when she felt a tap on her shoulder. She turned, and Kim was there. He tilted her head gently up, so that she was looking him in the face, and she smiled. He told her to open her mouth, and of course bailey complied. Opening her mouth, she munched on the bite of whatever kim had just fed her. It was a crossant, she thought, and tasted amazing. "mmm that's good, thanks kim!" she said, smiling up him.
As the break ended, and they played their last song, bailey didn't know what had gotten into her. Her dynamics were off, she was just slightly too loud. Luckily, the other pianos were the same, so maybe her hearing was just a little off. or your mind is... she thought to herself, which was true. Her mind was stuck replaying the moment that she had had with kim during the break. no wonder the castle is convinced we're dating. she thought with a sigh.
When Charlie dismissed them, bailey smiled at charlie, and walked up behind him, where he was talking to charlie. Bailey said to charlie after Kim had asked his question "this was lovely, charlie, you did an amazing job!!! im so proud of you!"
Bailey gave her friend a quick hug if she would allow it, and then turned to see Kim nod goodbye to her. Bailey quickly went to get her stuff and then ran after kim - she had a question for him, and needed an answer.

────────────────────────────────After I dismissed everyone, the room quickly cleared out. I decided to take up Ava’s offer, and go for that walk with her. “Ava! Of course Ill go on a walk with you. Miss Deputy Clarinet Destroyer.” I said, joking around and calling her what I remembered to be her self appointed nickname.
I then turned and packed up my saxophone, by carefully pulling each piece apart and swabbing them dry as fast as I could. Ava had already left the room, but I was the club leader so I felt the need to stay and make sure everyone else left alright, and didn’t break anything. Not that I was worried that someone would break something, but she didn’t want anyone to feel guilty and just leave it vs cleaning it up.
After my saxophone was put away, I went over to the drum kit and made sure to put my sticks in their special bag. Then I went over to my giant stack of music and did my best to stuff it all back in the bag. Well first I had to stuff it into an oversized folder and then put it in a tote bag.
I said goodbye to all of the who were leaving and then grabbed my stuff to take it all the way up to my dorm in the ravenclaw common room. After that I would meet up with Ava and we would go for a walk together.OOC: thank you for your participation! See you at the next meeting!────────────────────────────────

Order of events
1. Everyone arrives, and gets seated in circle of chairs.
2. We go around and share name, instrument, year, house, anything else.
3. Pass out sheet music and essentially ‘sight read’
4. Get through the three songs, and clean up, go to dinner.
Deck the halls, I’ll be home for Christmas, and hobbit dance
I am very sorry that most of these songs do not have most instrument parts. I ask you to please pretend they have your part.
