A Dhampir and a Metamorphmagus
Later at night, the same day that Astra met with Pandora Smith, it was a full moon night and tonight the moon was as big as it could get, perfect night for a few magical creatures. For Astra however it was the perfect night to do sky observation.
Astra Ingebrigtsen had everything prepared, her pocket telescope, a telescope for Pandora, flyers from the frog choir, an argument, food for Tia and so on. She only lacked Pandora Smith the girl she wanted to convince to join the frog choir.
-I wonder when she will come, jeez we should have agreed on a specific hour She thought.
Astra decided to look at the night sky through her telescope while waiting, it was always an immense pleasure for her to watch the sky. Absorbed by it she did not notice her surrounding. And the more she used her telescope the more she got dark circles. Time passed and Astra started to feel tired to the point she almost slept, how long has it being ? Who knew, she was too absorbed to notice that, she came quite early so it could be any hour really. Astra was so absorbed that she even forgot that she was waiting for Pandora to come.

Pandora put a few items in her bag that she thought would be important. When she looked at Tia standing by her bedside, she saw that she was still not sleeping and was watching him. Normally sleeping at this time, Tia was watching her now.
She dropped her bag and quickly went to the mirror. Her reflection in the mirror was staring at her, as always, with pale skin and yellow eyes. She was really surprised that her hair was neat.
She left the mirror and took one last look at her bag. Unfortunately, there was no pocket telescope. She picked up her purse and looked at Tia. She didn't break it and took it from her bed and put it on her shoulder. Glad to go, Tia makes a little noise. Quickly left the dormitory.
The astronomy tower was the tallest tower. It took a while for it to come out but it was a little quick as no one saw it. It was a speed that Tia wouldn't fall.
When she finally arrived, she found that Astra was already there and had already arranged her things. Came to her.
"Hello. You didn't wait long did you?"
She picked Tia off her shoulder and set her on the ground.

A voice suddently made Astra get out of her semi-sleeping phase, she turned around and upon seeing Dora she was in shock. She did not immediately recognize her, and had a clear view of the girl, she was so pale and her eyes were golden, not to mention she saw some pointy teeth from the ravenclaw.
Ingebrigtsen fell down because of how shocked she was.
- A VAMPIRE ?! Astra screamed, a reaction that could itself scare people around.
The girl was scared and thought she was been attacked by a real 100% vampire person, she was so scared that her appearance changed, her straight blond hair became dishevelled black hair.
A few second passed, and Astra realized her mistake, she was in front of Pandora, the gryffindor blushed from her silly reaction.
By merlin ! I must look so stupid right now ! She thought.
Upon looking at the Dhampir however she realized that she was not all wrong.
Pandora... Are you a Dhampir ? She asked with a voice still filled with the fear she just experimented.
Astra got up with some difficulties after regrabbing her crutchs, she was still a bit suprise by what had happened, only then realizing that her hair had changed color and type.

Pandora jumped in fright. She was scared. She wasn't a vampire, but a Dhampir. Damn, she felt the canine teeth hiding in her gums popping out instantly. She thought Astra saw this. She tried to approach the Astra. But that's when she saw Astra's blonde hair turn into messy black hair. She was surprised. She took a deep sigh. Astra understood.
"Yes I am a Dhampir but please don't tell anyone about this. I really have no bad intentions."
Actually, it was a bit of a stress when I said that. It was the first time she had said this to anyone.And she wanted to say that she wasn't like her grandmother. Then she thought of black hairs.
"What about you. A normal person's hair color doesn't change like that."
Her mother had never said such a thing. So I guess it wasn't very common. While thinking this, she saw Tia go into Astra's lap. She went to Astra. She carefully walked over to Astra.
"Actually, my mother warned me. You can only tell a friend the truth and I was going to let him know before I did, but you get it, do you think that counts?"
She didn't really want to talk about it, but her curiosity got the better of her.
"Yes I am a Dhampir but please don't tell anyone about this. I really have no bad intentions."
Actually, it was a bit of a stress when I said that. It was the first time she had said this to anyone.And she wanted to say that she wasn't like her grandmother. Then she thought of black hairs.

-Why don't you want anyone to know ? Why are you hiding the fact that you are a Dhampir ? She asked.
Astra was surprised that something like that should not be told to everyone, she thought that in twenties of the twenty one century most people would not discriminate.
Ugh, I wonder if i look good like this. She thought.
-Oh, I'm a metamorphmagus I can change appearance at will, well one day I will be able to, it's no big deal, She replied.
-It count, I guess ? anyway did you get bitten or was it in your family ? like from your father or something ? Astra asked.
-Oups, maybe it's a taboo thing to ask... Astra wondered thinking.
-Ah nevermind, everything is ready to watch the stars and so on ! The girl said while doing a hand movement inviting her friend to use a telescope.
Astra sat on the side for a bit, to calm down from all this shock, she was innocently wondering if Dora being a Dhampir was dangerous to her, not knowing much about part vampires.
Astra looked worried, even maybe a litttle scared at that moment.
- I wonder if they suck bloods, she thought.
After thinking a little she came to the conclusion that if Dora was here in Hogwarts she must be safe to be with.

Pandora looked at the ground. Her family hadn't told him, but she could guess it was from his grandmother.
"This is really cool. So you can only change one place? So like your hair or nails."
She asked curiously. They were all curious. Hearing her ask a question, a little fear filled her body. She wasn't bitten, but the mention of her grandmother scared her.
"My mother's mother is a vampire. So I didn't get bitten."
She answered in a monotonous way. Hearing that Astra was calling him, she snapped out of her thoughts and came to Astra's side. She looked through the telescope. The stars looked beautiful.
"They are beautiful. Do you want to look?"
When there was no answer from Astra, she looked up from the telescope and looked around. She was sitting on the ground. She looked scared. Did she do something wrong? No, was she afraid of him or? Meanwhile, her bunny Tia approached Astra, as if she wanted to be loved.
"A-are you afraid of me?..."
She didn't know what to say. She wasn't like her grandmother, was she? She wasn't like that. I can't be. She took a step or two back in fear.

Astra had her mind entire clear now, Dora was no danger.
-Oh no ! I am not afraid, you would not be at Hogwarts if you were dangerous right ? Like you don't suck blood or anything ? Astra asked wanting a confirmation.
Well, for now I don't control it but when I do I will be able to change anything anytimes, multiple things at once. I could even look like you if I wanted ! The girl replied.
Astra got up with some difficulties and looked using her own telescope, then turned around at Tia.
-Wanna look ? She asked to Tia.
-Duh am i really talking to a bunny right now ? Well it's just going to earn me some extra points. The gryffindor thought.
-Sorry Dora, did not meant to seem rude, I was just suprised, and thought, Ingebrigtsen paused.

She looked at Tia. She looked as if she wanted to look. She could see that she loved Astra. It's good to see that there is someone who is happy with the way she is.
She would never do such a thing. If she hadn't said that later, she would have said that. Pandora looked down again when she mentioned her grandmother. She didn't know what to say she, that's she. The word yes did not come out of her mouth.

She observed the sky for a bit, while showing to Dora the do's and don't of proper astronomy. At first she was a bit uneasy because of the Dhampir thing but Astra forgot about it quite quickly because she became absorbed with the observation.
-So Dora enjoying ? She asked at some point, she even took Tia and made the animal watch.
Ingebrigtsen did not know if animals like that could really enjoy this kind of thing, and she did not really care, she was just using Tia as per usual as a way to befriend Pandora.
Now thinking of it she was also wondering if a Dhampir could also enjoy Astronomy as a normal human would do, which was kind of a stupid question considering she herself was not what we could exactly call a "normal human". Maybe was it a start of prejudice against the Dhampirs, Astra did not know many if not any, so in her kid's mind anything out of the ordinary that Pandora would do could easily become a Dhampir thing.
- I think i got enough Astronomy for today, what about you Dora ? She asked.

I really don't know what to say to Pandora, she was just staring. Astra helped a little. But she still did not speak. She didn't really know what to say. She felt that their friendship was starting to go nowhere.
While I was wondering if I was bothering you or if I had better go, he heard Astra talking. Was he scared or did he just want to get out of here quickly?
"I don't know. You wouldn't be bored. You said you liked astronomy. My grandmother maybe a bad person, but I can confirm that I am a good person. We don't drink blood anyway. We can drink, but it will hurt us. So mentally. And I'm having a good time with you"
