It's not anywhere a second year has access to...
Also not in Gryffindor Dueling Lockers or Mahoutokoro Lockers.
It's not in Chamber of Secrets or Keeper of Keys either.

I'm not sure about Forbidden Forest, Grimmauld Place, Godric's Hollow or Knockturn Alley.
Or any of the other wizarding sports areas (Broom Racing, Quidditch).
Prefects or staff areas are also inaccessible to me.
So it could be in one of the above area. But it's not in any of the general areas.

Checked Forbidden Forest, Grimmauld Place, Godric's Hollow, Basements, potions storeroom and room of requirement. Besides Ravenclaw quidditch locker. No bean.
